The mount looks pretty damn nice, its a very good looking speeder. Everything else in the DDE I got has been sitting in my bank since it got mailed to me. Overall i'd say its not worth it. Can't speak for the CE vendor though, haven't seen a list of what he sells. Probably not worth it still.

My favorite part about pet pathing is when you hit the passive hotkey and instead of running to you, they slowly walk towards you, forcing you to strafe left and right to actually get them to run. That combined with the pet abilities that won't stay toggled off is beyond annoying.

I went ahead and picked it up despite my apprehensions about my system requirements. (I am rocking a Dell Inspiron 530 from 2008!) But it turns out it plays ok. I have to play in low resolution mode so it looks like an early PS2 game...and certain zones lag the fuck out of me, like the city on Dormund Kaas. Its literally a stop and go motion each time I run through there. But otherwise it plays fine. For someone like me who has never played WoW, and FFXI being my only MMO experience, the UI took a little bit to get used to, but I am getting the hang of it. Did my first group flashpoint yesterday and had fun. And I have already done the "call out from work sick to keep playing the game" only 3 days since I bought it, so thats a good sign. #firstworldproblems

They really need to fix crew skill mission completions. I do not need that shit popping up in the middle of a warzone.

you can turn off aoe pet abilities as needed. This is what I do when hubby and I duo heroics, so Aric doesn't fuck up my hate.
