anyone here play in europe? wouldn't mind knowing someone at least on SWTOR
Just started playing. Getting annoyed that every time I target something and when I run it doesn't automatically turn me towards it. Any way to fix this?
Yeah, autoface only works if you are not moving. If you stop just before using a skill it should autoface you.
Auto-face is awesome, for Trooper PvP. People running in circles around me, thinking it's going to prevent me from firing at point blank range, and all it's doing is making them work harder while I just continue to nuke them down.
lol log on today to find out my guildmate is famous lol

Lol he will be back in 3 days. And I am sure it is not an exploit, even thou reid said so.
How the hell could it be called in exploit if they leave half finished content in the live game? I was able to talk to the npc and pick up the kaon mission way before 1.1 hit, and now they have the courier npc for the follow up flashpoint in there as well (Lost Island). Its stupid how much BioWare fucks up and then turns around and blames the player base.
Unless the guildmate decides to reveal how it was done, all we have is BW's word that it shouldn't be obtainable now.
I made a Sith and started doing the story and humans and stuff are talking about "being Sith" and I am confused; it's an alien race, but any Imperial force user is also "sith"? (Basic explanation will suffice, I don't wanna be reading the entire history of the race on a wiki or something.)
There's the race "Sith"
Then theres the word "Sith" that refers to "Dark-Jedi"
Does Sith also refer to the empire in general?
The original Sith are a species native to Korriban. (You see them as the Sith Purebloods ingame.) A long ass time ago, when the first Jedi began to turn to the dark side, most of them moved to Korriban where they met the Sith species who were also pretty strong in the dark side of the force. The Dark Jedi and the Sith got along quite well since they were both like "fancy some force lightning today chap, cheerio" all the time. After many generations of interbreeding between the Dark Jedi and Sith species, the name Sith pretty much became commonplace for anyone who was Dark Side aligned, and there are few Sith Purebloods left. The Empire is sometimes called the Sith Empire because most of the leadership consists of Sith. Unlike the Republic, where Jedi are also in some leadership positions, but the majority of leaders are decided through free election.
I do but I'm on an NA EST PvE server (ICE Breaker). Ended up there to play with former ffxi friends more than anything. There are a whole bunch of EU servers though so I'm sure someone here will be on one. Our server isn't busy in EU time but it's steady.
In terms of healing, I'd say Sage/Sorc wins. I have a 47 Sage and a 25 Scoundrel right now and Sage has breezed through in terms of healing compared to my Scoundrel. However my scoundrel is a lot of fun. Whatever you play in terms of healers though, invest in your companion(s) because you'll need em.
Roll the class/side you want to. I'm really not having any hassles yet in terms of being overwhelmed with empire but I'm sure at 50 it may become more of an issue. But then my focus is PvE at the moment...
Anyone play the assassin class?
Usually that trail of thought goes along the lines of this:
Person finds something retarded (eg. queuing for bgs while dead to get out of spawn camping in 1.1 pvp Ilum)
Person posts retarded circumstance on forums
Bioware deletes post under excuse of exploit, when it's more to cover for their incompetence (and there's a lot of incompetence to go around)
Player receives suspension/ban relating to retarded circumstance
Retarded circumstance continues as it's revealed by other means
Bioware tries to save face somehow
I wouldn't be surprised if this was documented somewhere, be it a forum post, bug report, or whatever have you. This is just another notch on the bedpost of Bioware's fuckups.
the dude is a major tool
Am I in the wrong for judging people based on their name when it's something like this?
