Except you also have to have a level 50 character. And before you ask, yes, there are apparently a bunch of people that have been subscribed since launch that are getting fucked out of the free time.

New world event started today, rackghoul infection outbreak on Tatooine. First heard of it from a news announcement on the fleet. Bunch of new dailies to go with it, along with some world bosses (1 is in Outlaws Den, the FFA pvp zone), and apparently a title. Also theres an infection mechanic where the virus mutates in you and transforms you and when it reaches the end of its duration you explode, infecting anybody around you with the virus. Its pretty cool.
