Yeah Comic-Con is gonna be huge for SWTOR. Rumors are sprouting up from various sources that pre-orders start on thursday, but we won't know anything until announcements happen. One thing is certain though, whatever Bioware has to share with us, its big. Probably pricing and pre-orders though, I imagine they want to wait until the last minute to announce a release date.

My theory is that this next build and beta phase thats starting next week is a heavy polish build, since they added act 3 and the new UI back in June. We'll probably get another 5-7 week beta from this and depending on how everything goes we'll see release in September. Excitement levels are critical, can't believe we're almost there.

So the next beta build is live next week? havent checked the forums, just assumed it would be longer downtime. I'm excited for the next build, but I wont be able to make any of the Comic Con events aside the showroom stuff since I alrdy have stuff I want to see (that is more important to me). Its basically Game of Thrones or SWTOR... Not a hard one to decide on >.>;

Yeah i have no idea when the next build is gonna be up, i'm just guessing sometime next week as a safe bet. It might take longer, i don't think anybody knows for sure. I've heard as early as the 24th for the next phase starting or the first few days of August. I have no idea how long the servers were down last time they did this, or if we can assume this time will be like the others anyway.

Katlan you should go over to the Hilton some time during the week and buddy up with the devs to try and score some info, opinions, interesting conversations etc.

I planned to lol. Its by my work (where I will be parking), so I planned to head there after Game of Thrones Panel on Thursday. I'm sure the only time they will hand out beta freebies will being during their Panel though /sadface

By the way Origin had both listed a digital standard edition and digital deluxe edition for SWTOR. I think its safe to say that all the bottom stuff is going to be in the deluxe edition as well.

Id guess around 90-100$. Plastic/poorly painted statues are dirt cheap to mass produce

220$ so over priced for what you get in it.

Judging from some of the in game items, it makes it pretty crystal clear that EA plans to offer an extensive cash shop. The holo-cam item itself makes it sound like there will be some sort of ingame fraps type system but only available to those who dish out the cash for it.

LOL holy fuck, I guess it's a legit statue. Still, fuck that. As much as I enjoy bonus in-game items when starting a new game (plus the lovely authenticator), there's no way I'm dishing out $220.
