I loved the KoTR games but I have had such a hard time getting excited for this game. I don't see myself even giving the game a try.

Plus it's way too easy to get to max level, it just devalues what you feel your character is worth and makes it easy to quit/move on.

But the real game begins at max level, don't you understand?

Why doesn't anyone ever... you know... run in this game? Nothing but a bunch of "action jogging" all over the place. A fleeing, trickery-laden class like the scoundrel should be able to actually run away, with its own separate animation that actually looks like someone trying to get the fuck away, not a "we sped up the jogging animation to X3 speed so now you're 'running'".

Other than that, the class looks fine; I'm just getting annoyed at the current trend in MMOs to never actually having a sprint animation outside of WoW. I remember my Orc looking like "FUCK THIS SHIT, I'M OUTTA HERE!" when I ran away with him. Every game since has been nothing but a light jog behind a tree or something.

Most of the WoW races' sprint animations consist of leaning into absurd-looking 45 degree angles. I would rather not have that in SWTOR.

Best description of the game while leveling up (not sure about endgame) is KOTOR 3 Online Multiplayer.

Get used to it pal, no one is going to deviate too much from the only successful MMO in the last half decade. TOR is adding voice acting and a more story slanted quest system plus the Legacy system but combat, endgame, etc will be the same for all MMOs for the foreseeable future.
