ok so im having a problem
i recently created an account to play for free and confirmed it via emial
but when i go to log in to the game, it says my log in info is incorrect and i KNOW im typing it right

I have a BA named Veir, a THF named Rikki, and a just-changed Taekwon named Bul Ho. I'm mostly on the first two cuz I wanna hit my 2nd jobs really bad (especially MNK, BA is kinda rough). I've since relocated my guys back to the mainland. I tried to do wolves two maps south of Payon, but that place is camped out the ass, so I decided to try the map north of Culvert, Mt. Mjollnir. I dunno though...Muka 2 maps south of Morroc was working pretty well. I guess I'll figure this out when I buy a new weapon for my BA.

Also, making money is friggin' rough. I have 11k on my BA, but my next weapon is ~16k. Maybe I should go back to killing peco peco. The bills are useful for speed leveling other jobs (mostly how I leveled my THF) and they drop 1k rods at a decent rate.

I dono if anyone managed to get the game running, but when i'm logging on, it says "You did not pay for this ID, would you like to pay for it now?" and i can't log on, i'm running the RO client and not the sakray client so i know this is the valkyrie server client, anything i need to do that i missed?

Run the Valkyrie.exe in the RO folder. If it's not there you didn't download the setup from the official site.

thanks lol, i feel stupid i forgot that step in the setup since i left the client d/ling overnight and closed firefox w/ those instructions

I heard about this game but after FFXI I never plan to do another monthly subscription. Is it worth creating an account?

Depends. I'm having fun with it, but the grinding gaps between levels and the lacking funds to do any significant upgrades in between make it boring at times. All in all, I like being in a world with a map that's actually congruous and the walks between zones, while annoying at times, are pleasantly refreshing when compared to FFXI, in which getting from one place to another never has you enter a significantly dangerous area before you start killing. It really makes me appreciate how painfully easy FFXI is. Easy's not even the word, they're pretty much babying us.

Ok, pretty soon my brother and I are going to be killing things that drop Emperium so we can create a guild. If you're interested in having some people to talk to send me a PM here, or send Izzy~ a PM ingame and I'll find you and give you a guild invite!

My brother and I intended on ninja breaking some Emperium in WoE so we can have a Guild Dungeon open to us. That gives us a chest every day that has all kinds of awesome shinies and Zeny! So, if you're interested in WoE for endgame/money you can come with us too!

I think most of the stuff still works, however none of them are set up to use Valkyrie yet. I promised myself I won't use it this time! lol

I'll probably jump in when I get some time, I like RO and making a BG guild sounds pretty cool.
