If you did NG+ you're gonna have to re-beat it, then load your clear data again IIRC I don't remember seeing the earrings available till after I loaded my clear data.

oh right, i forgot that by beating the game and saving, you just get the last save point file
Anyone know where I can find Cloud Cotton Balls? I never really ran into any kind of cotton balls for that matter, lol.
Oh Rokku is a dirty jew! Here I thought he had rebirthed 4 times AND leveled back up to 50, nooooo he just got the 4 rebirths done and quit at level 35 lol, shit I'll have that done tonight
Kazen I tried testing out 10 agi vs 10 str vs nothing in bootcamp II for a few hours and honestly the increase I saw with both agi and str vs nothing was exactly the same. I'm convinced they both affect slashing just as much as each other so overall I'd choose str accessories since it affects everything else while agi will only increase slashing dmg. This wasn't some precise testing where I wrote every detail down though so honestly I suggest you test it for yourself as well.
Wisdom.
Spoiler: show
I'd take AGI over strength just on the virtue that it also helps you dodge
I have a mix of both atm. Mostly have str since I have a few thrust attacks in my biggest combo and I'm not stacking on dex just for that.
Against what exactly? I've been grinding levels to start on rebirths so I haven't fought anything beyond bootcamp II recently. All the agi and str testing I did was based on normal attacks. Around 43 I was doing 2.8k to random cerberus mobs in Van haven. Thats not including the combo bonus damage at the end which I can't remember atm.
Edit: That dmg was with Demon's Aura and with an Ornate Greatsword +7
The elemental dragons in King of Dragons II (not the ancient dragon), with their higher defense, were taking 3k+ dmg average from kisa's 6-7 AC combo. Never saw under 3k, and saw as high as 3.9k
Also, what I'm noticing is that full all out combo's aren't all that great of a damage/ac ratio, and it's better to stick to a 6-7ac combo of your strongest, most heavily modified attacks, and do that multiple times.
Honestly I'm not at the point of doing those quests yet and my own personal testing isn't done. Not like I ever denied what agi does. I just haven't noticed a significant bonus in dmg over the same amount of str stacked. And I still have a good amount of agi from stat bonuses.
As far as the longer combos vs shorter ones I still haven't had one of those big boss fights you guys have so I've killed most garbage with the one combo. I have a shorter one I use when fighting multiple big enemies but I don't think that ever went past 2.4k in dmg as of yet.
Anyway, I'll be more than happy to compare dmg to his melee when my melee is at the point you guys are. But until then there isn't any point in comparing. I am still Gr7 lol And my group is still Gr6 -.- Either way I'm open to trying anything to improve. But lol@ calling someone a noob who's testing everything.
All elements on II quests drop pebbles and shit? or is that beyond a certain GR
So I just realized if you're hasted, you can use AC for the same combo twice before the game takes them away. Ie, you have 7 AC, use a 7 AC combo... when it finishes, mash the button and you can do it again even though you should have 0 left.
Pretty broken lol. Though I could only get it to work for the last combo that dumps your ac. If you would have say 14 in the above example, you could do three 7 AC combos.
To give you something to compare to, my full 15 ac combo was doing less dmg on the dragons than his combo with half the ac
A lot of the point of calling you that is because all the testing has already been done, lol. The game has been out for a long time (not just NA release, ya know?) so all the modifiers ARE known, and the best ways to improve damage ARE known.
It's like playing ffxi and wearing str gear over haste in your tp set lol
Not necessarily making fun of youeveryone has to be told whats right and wrong for them to know, otherwise you'll take 10x longer trying to reinvent the wheel. When it just looks like you're being stubborn - that's when we make fun of you
