Reviews are making too much of the distance thing imo, they obviously just didn't want players zig-zagging in and out of melee range while their turn charged.

How long ist he first chapter? I just saw this today and it are tempting, but I think I wanna rent first. If I rent it, can I try out the online portion if I make it far enough, or do you haveto own a copy for interweb play?

Don't see why you'd need to own your own copy to play. No unique codes. I just finished the first mission quest. No access to online yet.

Initial Impressions are that it definitely doesn't seem like a 9.0 or 10.0 kind of game.. not that I'm into rating games.. But I don't see how this could be a 5.1 or even a 6 so far.

I grinded like crazy on the way there so it took a while

lol i thought about grinding hardcore out there.. did you find any good items out there? I only found a wooden shield. But I wasn't thorough.

I'm grinding to 10 in the first field area right now. I'm at lvl 7 currently and exploring the whole area. Found two pearl things so far and a shit ton of random crap from trees/bug gathering.

It's just a thing I do in games. I always try to grind to 10 in the first zone. It's a bad habit lol

Found a Knight's Sword in B-7. I'm killing things in one hit now.

The Wooden Shield is at the bottom left corner of B-5.
