Edit: the level of customization is just... fucking insane. If you think you can do it, you probably can (as far as battle customization (which spells etc) and character creation as well)

So where/when can I reset my skills? I'm really regretting putting so much into sword/Axe. I thought Axe was gonna be super special awesome but it really isn't. I want to do Spear/bow

So whats the final verdict? Ignoring all the horrid reviews, how do you guys feel? Worth a rent or a buy? Is it decent as a stand alone in single player? I don't intend to play online.

I think if you're just going to blow through the single player as fast as you can and be done with the game then just rent it. But if you're going to want to replay and delve further into the game it's worth purchasing.

I don't have any trees. My town is currently filled with cotton plants and I'm trying to find a certain colour of Npcs to farm said plants.

If it is still the same as the JP version.

To be able to Reincarnate you must:

Have completed the game (i.e. beat the final boss - must be done again every playthrough to be able to reincarnate)
Be at least level 50 with your avatar

Once both the conditions are met, you will receive an on-screen message alerting you of a new quest in the Sinca Village. Make your way to Sinca village and you will find a hooded person there. Talking to this person will give you the option to reincarnate.

You start again at level 35, along with all the Skill Points that you'd have gained to have reached that level + you will have an extra 40 Skill Points to spend for every reincarnation up to a max 4

Sinca Village is last resting spot before the last zone, and most people are around lvl 35 after they beat the game so you would have to do some grinding to get to 50 before you would be able to respec unless there is a way to do it I never knew about.

IMO If you are a person who changes their mind a lot. Leave your character out of party, I am pretty sure they still gain levels they will just be a few behind everyone else. Test out skills on the storyline characters, if it's to late don't worry to much about it. If you enjoy this game it will be no time before you can reincarnate and respec anyways.

Quincy can pick your cotton plants.
