Yeah this got me for a bit and I ended up talking to enough random people to get it

talk to one of the guys in the lower bar and he will give you honey, give that to drunk guy in upper bar and he will give you black market pass, use said pass to get into black market and continue story

Nothing in particular. Toward the end there is a cavern that has lots of good ore points, but you can't get to it your first run-through anyways

There's 2 bars in Greede, one has a guy that will give you the honey the other has a guy that will take the honey for the BMP. There are stairs that lead to floors 1, 2, and 3, but I'm honestly not sure which guy is in which bar. The 2 bars are on the first 2 floors though, the 3rd is just residential it seems. You might have to talk to the guy in front of the door to the black market before giving the guy the honey. I don't think you have to, but I did on accident
