Did you have to wait until level 50 until you rebirthed? Or can you do it as soon as you get to the NPC at the end of the game?

Yes, you have to be lvl50. A quick tip for after you rebirth, if you have GR8, if you do Escort II in Frass Chasm you can recruit 2 NPCs that won't take EXP and grind there to re-lvl. You get about 500/kill plus an NPC that heals you. I run between the two save points skipping the giant in between and it takes me about 10 minutes to complete a run. Doing this you will get 1 lvl / run until lvl40.

Note- Only Captain Marco heals. Warriors use axe, and the other characters don't fight so don't recruit them.

I totally expected Van Haven to be like packs of dragons the way you guys talked about it. Shit wasnt bad at all, did every dead-end hoping for a chest with a longsword

Van Haven wasn't that bad at all for me either, just was there for awhile to make sure I got everything.

Just beat the game. I can honestly see why it got those 6 and 5.1 scores. The story is beyond dumb, the battle system is pretty lame, and not a single fight was a challenge to me in the game with or without knights. The online multiplayer is a nice little feature to get people buying the game, but lets be honest. I keep seeing posts of how people are spamming big red to get higher guild rank...ugh what a grindfest. I don't think I'll be making it all the way to rank 12.

The one thing that I liked about the game was the skill tree. It kept making me want to get higher and higher levels so I could get more skills. But even that didn't have all that much variety. There was black and white spells, and then all the weapons had generic same styles.

Honestly, WKC2 is gonna have to do much better if I'm to buy it.

Is there a hometown that BG normally hangs out in? The crew I roll with is GR9 and they don't always do quests I need mats from so I would love to play with you guys too. I'm currently GR8 lvl40+ (1 rebirth) pure DD spec.

The biggest ones are mine, Qalbert's and Kazen's. Haven't really had any big get-together that hasn't been in one of those three.

I noticed that Breaker Armor has a super high def rating, is it considered Heavy Armor? I mean it doesnt really look like heavy armor and it has a higher def rating than Forrest armor which looks more like heavy armor.

I can't figure on why, but Breaker Armor is lighter than Forest Armor for whatever reason. If you auto-sort your inventory you can pretty much figure out where things fall, and the Breaker set definitely organizes in front of all the plate sets (Copper/Silver/etc), so it's not heavy plate.

Go figure though, it really is a lot better than the Forest Armor for tanks and DPS.

I've heard though that it's a possibility that one of the benefits of the heavier armor sets is they reduce the odds that you'll be knocked down or back by things like trample, but that's just hearsay and nothing I can confirm. Would explain why some of the heavy plate sets have slightly less defense though.
