This unlocked for me as soon I got to Greydall Plains, but I also S ranked all the GR 1-6 quests so that might have something to do with it.

fuck, i dont feel like doing any of the 3-6 GR quests :/

I totally ignored it this whole time but after some girl with a +6 Elegant Bow was busting out 180 0AC attacks, I'm interested

You catch her level? Right now I have a +5 Elegant Bow and I'm pushing out about 110 unresisted and about 160-170 unresisted on elemental shots.

Also, if I'm binding weapons and the recipe calls for a, let's say... "Greatsword +2" and I have a "Greatsword +3", do I have to go to a weapon shop to revert it back to 0 and re-upgrade back up to a +2 or will the binding recipe accept something higher upgraded than the required level?

Elemental bonus is huge. With +2 fire on one of my axes I pull out 3-3.5k 14AC combo's easy as compared to 1.8-2.3k, I've started carrying around another axe with +1 ice for the fire mobs I come across (Hello Big Red).

What I want to know is what the hell drops Water Pebbles And not the Mini kind

You might just have to S rank the first version of that quest to unlock the 2nd on NG+ You have S rank on first Memorial Servant?

I don't think rank determines what will be available when you can purchase higher rank quests.

She was 42, I was 40 using a Dark Marksman. Then again, we were fighting Little Greavers, I'm guessing she had some wind ele? Still want to know about upgrading armor

Well, I just upgrade the weapon to what it needs to be and leave it there. The bonus really isn't that big until you get later on in the game where the weapon requires a +9 version

My mistake then. They didn't unlock for me till I started NG+ and I was GR7 before I started NG+

No clue, I was pretty OCD about getting S rank on 90% of them. No idea if that has anything to do with it? Although I still haven't even completed the Strike like the wind, even though I've S'd the II version lol
