I was referring to the cube thing, hence me saying running it on myself. Unless I'm going to test my pick up lines on myself to see if they work? Great attempt at being witty though![]()

This is a similar concept to how beggars beg for money. It's slightly similar in a way that they approach you and can be all confident. The psychology is the same, just the reward is different.
I read some material but not practiced or anything, but was curious. Nice to see it working, but I have a feeling that the reactions/results differ greatly depending on where you are, I found that US people are more easily affected compared to UK (I moved into a residential area full of US students at one point during my work).
oh god lol, I totally forgot about Frank T.J. Mackey, such a show stealer in Magnolia, played by Tom Cruise

bizarrely enough there's an article in today's paper in Toronto about Nick Savoy, the guy that runs Love Systems, delivered to the concierge desk about 30 minutes ago
Respect the cock...
....AND TAME THE CUNT!
I tried this on myself and failed. Guess I'm not getting any from myself tonight!![]()
But yeah I think I did it wrong... If you get a im from someone saying some random shit it's probably me
It does differ from place to place obviously. Women don't go grocery shopping to meet men, so trying to pick a chick up at a grocery store is going to be much more difficult due to the environment (how do you get her out of the store since she's obviously buying something or doing shopping and so are you) and her mindset isn't set on meeting a guy. However at a club or in other more social situations it's much more likely a woman will be more receptive. UK to USA difference isn't that big if it's a club in the UK versus a club in the US, these guys teach all over the world but in particular Europe and North America.
As for the cynical replies, they're to be expected but you should really read up on the stuff before you dismiss it. I thought it was rubbish too but I read about it and it all makes sense and you can see how it works for the people who choose to follow it. It isn't some magic formula though and people who treat it like that are missing the point, it's just an analytical approach to understanding social interactions. In fact, a good majority of the material involves male-male interaction. I found most of the stuff I read really interesting, I wouldn't dream about seriously doing half the stuff they recommend simply because it isn't my style but most of it I already do to some extent and it was more an interesting look at why things work and how to make parts of my 'game', as they call it, stronger.
Also, most of the material is very sexist and doesn't involve treating women with the respect that most people on this forum are probably accustomed to treating them with. I happened upon these kinds of realizations after reading something often but you just have to understand it's how they think and you don't need to think that way too.
I also would like to add to this that I too was a bit apprehensive about it at first but read it for the hell of it because it couldn't possibly hurt, and when I was done I was like...shit...this would work. Because, I thought about every single girl I have every been in a relationship with and the first night we met (I have a good memory for first nights on girls I end up dating), and every single time, hands down, I did the stuff they say you should do, I just didn't realize I was doing it so I didn't do it every time with every girl. It's so nice when you realize why the things you've already done in the past works, and why some things don't, and it makes so much sense when you actually hear someone say these things.
Anywho just my 2 cents, if there are any more questions or whatever just post.
The phrase "That being said," is on this page 4 times.
6 if you count my post and a quote.
I've started to read this book and I have a question: is the PUA community getting hurt by overexposure of all the methods and techniques? If so, what do you guys who are familiar with everything do to counter the fact that women know your game?
It doesn't affect the people that know what they are doing. The canned material they have in the book is just an introduction. After you get good you quickly drop it for stuff that is more you and more your style. Hell, there's even a fall out plan if a girl says "did you get that from that game book?"
