Just in case my argument was tl;dr to anyone else:
Guilt only exists because the law says so. Therefore nobody is guilty of anything until a court decides they are. Whether someone broke the law or not cannot be determined by three guys arguing on the internets.

If you want to be techniqal(sp?) then masterbation under the age of 18 should be considered molstation as you are not the owner of your own body and can be charged with molstating a minor.

This whole case is stupid and should be thrown out and even if it makes it to trial do you think that the jury, some of them being parents want to convict this girl when it could be their child doing something just as easily and being in the same situation?

Also the whole charging the people who recieved the photos is also stupid as much as if I took some pictures of someone and put them in your mailbox should you go to prison for them just because you had them? This is all a different story is she was under cohercion(sp) and someone made her take the pictures of herself and the people who were sent the pictures were instead actively seeking them then yes there should be a trial and a conviction but it wouldn't be for that girl.
