Fellow NPC Weapon

Basically my NPC has an Axe. I want to switch it to wielding a Great Katana. But im afraid of it loosing it's current weapon. Will it still have the Axe it has now if i decide to switch back?

You would have to trade the axe again to get it back.

Also note: Weapon stats don't matter when traded. They only affect 2 things:

1. The type of weapon your NPC uses.
2. The model of the weapon your NPC uses.


Trading a level 1 Axe would have the same effect as a level 60 Axe for example. They would just have different models.
