Does anyone know if there is a downside to using followers? Maybe being forced to share loot or them counting against your magic find or exp gain? Certainly there is something otherwise why wouldn't you always use them?

Well, technically, they have gear slots so you have to gear them also. But that's no big deal.

Just got my collectors edition. Much much better than the ME3 CE...

The Diablo Skull is small, but well made. Sadly the soulstone doesn't light up when sitting in the base, but it does when plugged in. The skull itself seems to have a magnet to hold the USB in... I guess it's safe?

The art book is thick and heavy and full of juicyness, most of which I have not looked at for spoilers. Everything else is as you would expect.

Sadly it appears they had to put some form of sticky blocks on the back of the box to keep a cardboard paper on. It's faint, but I can't even peel it off.

So can I put MF gear on my follower and get credit for it myself? I assume yes, but it just seems too good to be true.

Unless Blizz fucked up, the bonus should affect only the follower, but don't quote me on that.

finally hit level 10 after an insanely long skel king fight. How do you start again on a higher difficulty? I thought you get that option when you hit lvl 10, but I didn't when making a new char.

level 10 = hardcore mode (read: you die, you lose your toon)
Higher diff. = Finish the game.

Monk just got stupid easy at like level 23.....

Teleport attacks, infinite heal basically, constant AOE damage, "Invincible for 3 secs" button that also heals me, Another heal button that also does AOE damage.....

I just got a shit ton of upgrades after finishing act 2. I doubled my hp from 1100 to 2300 from some gear and just a few good rares. I'm ballin now.

Same here. GF and one of our friends is playing on the same connection and they're still going strong. GFs brother in another state was also dropped.

This is very sloppy for blizzard. Don't they test their shit? I mean come on I can understand the patch but didn't they do a stress test and whatnot and they still have a ton of problems.
