well I didn't do the quest in Act 1 as I was sort of skipped ahead.. but he's been there with the

for a while and am in act 3 lol
Diablo was somewhat of a pain as a Wizard, mainly because I didn't have very many single-target skills equipped at the time and he doesn't give you much of a chance to open up the menus and swap skills. I also had a helluva time dodging some of his stuff because of how utterly massive the click-boxes are for monsters. I'd be attacking him, see a move windup, click away and end up clicking on his gigantic invisible mesh and end up eating something while I shot Electrocutes at him (That spell made Act IV so easy.)
But anyways, beat the game on Normal with very few problems. The beginning of each act was a little rough as I figured things out/played with new abilities but overall Normal was pretty forgiving. Looking forward to trying out that WASD script to get rid of that attack-box issue and trying out Nightmare!
I picked up a Legendary during Act III...oddly enough it was after I took off all of my Magic Find gear...and off of a corpse on the ground.
There were tons of them on the AH already so I gave them to my friend.
Almost done with Act 3, enjoying the game a lot so far.
Beat it. fun game. Hate diablo's resurrection played out how it did, but everyone and their grandmother saw it coming. Had to laugh my monk's dashing strike stun effect works on EVERYTHING. Really trivializes an encounter when you can interrupt all boss abilities.
people slamming their head against belial on inferno. Looks pretty rough

edit: they gave up.... Diablo officially beating peoples ass so bad they quit
Champion mobs in Hell >>>> Any boss in terms of difficulty so far.
I can't even imagine. A named unburied was kicking my ass in act 1 nightmare alone. And this is on monk, i have a shit ton of survivability. Took me 10 minutes of hacking away at it to kill it.
Holy shit at the HP and damage numbers in that Inferno stream.
So is it me or the story is just so fucking bad?
Just the usual generic good vs bad, and people you trusted betraying you over and over again. So yeah pretty bad by quality writing standards, but it fits this game.
Yeah the quality of the story isn't top-notch, but it's at least passable imo. I'm not sure where they've left room for an expansion though, outside of the idea that "true evil never dies" or some shit.
Not so much a shitty story as a shitty world. Everyone who you think you can count on is basically a liar, lol.
Anyone else playing a solo wizard? I'm trying to make it work, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to. Her defensive skills just aren't good enough for solo work. Keep in mind, I was a 100% HC player in D2, and I'd like to be in D3 (ie, dying is not acceptable).

cow level is worthless until inferno IMO.
150k for normal then 200k to craft it into NM then 350kish to craft into hell then probably 500k to craft to inferno. nothing of any importance drops in normal mode and anything after that until inferno seems lieka waste....
