If you rely on disciplines so much, then you are doing something wrong.
Prolly not enough AR or wrong skill setup.
moreover, nata helm blows. get dex mempo with cc if you can afford, and also nata ring with cc or cd, or with them both.

Anyone with machines that will be on this saturday evening? Looking to just pop portals and roll with it (so no farming all the keys, just using machines). I know MF may want to do some runs. Looking for MP8+ capable players or at least those who can solo MP4-6 and want to bring their awesomeness to the table. Valoredge#1529 or reply here if you're interested. The more machines we run the merrier.
Switched to frost arrow, liking it nicely so far. Act3 MP1 is easy easy, MP2 is easy but shitty affixes/multiple packs can lead to multiple deaths, and blizzard loves to fuck me with shitty affixes so I'm not sure how worth it 2 over 1 is.
And then the fact that I never get anything worth anything, the only money I make is the money from gold drops and npcing shit. Feels like I'm making 0 progress.
Ok cool, I should be on roughly around that time as well, 8PM CST.
Very rarely will you find anything that's actually worth money, I send up a bunch of rares that I think are worth a decent amount (DEX+130 Attack Speed +8 Crit Chance +4 Crit damage +22% All Res +20) and it doesn't even sell, and I think that's actually a fairly decent piece that someone would actually purchase -_- go figure my luck it wouldn't push so sits on my friends DH.
1-2mil per day is what I pull in from vendering my items each run, usually make about 400-600k per run. Gold that floors from enemies adds up fast but I usually wont go after anything that's much lower than 800. Keep trying each day to get a good drop eventually it'll happen that you will get a good affix on a piece of gear that is worth a damn, but don't expect higher MPs to actually do that for you lol. Could go farm MP7-10 and still get shitty rolls, stick with what is fast and effective, even if it means farming MP1. Efficiency for faster clearing means more money, means more chances at getting Legends, means faster progress to getting upgrades and pushing out to farming higher MPs at much faster paces, there is progress just very slow and tedious.
I've been grinding Act 3 Keep and Siegebreaker on MP2 with my bandwagon sprint/ww Barb.
What got me started was nice, found an amulet with CH4 CD48 INT154 after a few days of grinding Act 1. Got enough gold from it for some decent upgrades to finally move to Act 3.

Wondering what I should be aiming for now. Crit rate is 53%, Resists are 892 with War cry, LOH is 1760 but no Life steal, haven't had any issues. Load up on STR? More Crit Damage? Higher base main hand? (Which I stole for 110k, lol) Kind of lost on which is priority to upgrade now.
I stacked some lifesteal and it really helped out. Not sure what the ratio of LoH to Lifesteal is though,
Life steal gets an 80% penalty in Inferno, so something like 3% becomes 0.6%. So if you do 50k damage, that's 300 HP restored. Barb has the benefit of dual-wield and belts offering LS, but LoH is generally gonna be superior until you're more pimped out. But if you have like 150k DPS and 10% LS, that'd be 3000 a hit.
Loh is fine. Ls is most definitely more for when you hit the 90-100k+ dps, otherwise you don't benefit too much from it.
I know it might be pricey, but if you can afford, get a mainhand with socket. 70-100% crit damage is just too good of a DPS boost. And yes, you definitely need more STR. Body, helm, pants, boots, gloves should be pushin 100+ STR each. Your belt looks good enough though, so it's fine. Try comparing nerves of steel vs. tough as nails; I'm almost positive the latter will give more armor bonus. You can probably cut down on AR as you look for upgrades, because unless you're tanking ubers, it mostly is a waste as you start killing faster later on.
IF you don't seem to be taking too much damage that your Loh can't cover, try changing warcry to overpower/killing spree; the DPS boost is pretty nice and depending on how much you crit, you get to spam a nice damage dealing aoe every few seconds.
For EXP, I usually do the alkaizer path + warden in about 15 minutes on MP2. Try comparing MP1 to your MP2 runs, and if they are similar you may be good with MP2. Otherwise it might be beneficial to go MP1 if it's faster.
Adding a socket to a 1k base damage axe/mace/mighty tend to sell for over 50mil. It's something I'm definitely saving for. Even without a socket, they're running 2-3mil+ at 1k base with loh and crit dmg, I lucked out on that spending 110k.
What I was able to afford is a new offhand, my old dagger didn't have crit dmg on it but had a slot. New one has a slot, crit dmg +95% and loh. Finding gear with 100+ STR and crit stats will be a piece by piece venture, it looks like nearly all my upgrades are 50m+ for decent stats. For a slightly higher price, I may opt to continue saving for Immortal King's gear.
I swapped Nerves for Nails and I did get slightly more DEF. Thanks I didn't realize that. Killing spree was pretty nice but on some packs it was borderline risky, I'll keep using Warcry until I'm more comfortable.
What MP are you comfortable farming? Do you just run on MP2 or can you bump up to 3 or 4? I swapped out Warcry for OP: Crushing Advance recently and it's leaps and bounds better. Also, your profile is showing a bunch of MF gear, but I bet you can find some decent upgrades for pretty cheap. Even a sub 1k MH axe/mace with crit damage, socket, and some STR would probably be a net dps increase. Here is mine:

I mainly stayed at MP2 keep/bridge/crater>Asmodan and tried a few quick runs of keep on MP3. MP2 was a lot faster. After today I moved up to MP3 and it's a fast pace now.
Not sure why my profile won't update. That mp gear (head, no gems in legs, etc) was for farming earlier. Got pretty lucky with Leoric's rings and ended up buying 3 pieces of Immortal Knight's gear. I'm up to 49k dps and 750 resist without Warcry now, definitely going to try playing more without it.
I considered buying a few mains that had 900 with crit loh and a slot, but at minimum the ones I wanted were 30-40mil. Instead I picked up new head, body and feet pieces. Main hand is next after some more grinding.

For all of the complaining, there sure were a lot of us that got Diablo III. Speaking to investors during Activision's earnings call, CEO Bobby Kotick remarked that the game has sold more than 10 million copies, reports Joystiq. "Year-to-date, Diablo III is the top-selling game overall based on enough meta, digital and retail sales in North America and Europe," he said.
While specifics weren't disclosed, Blizzard president Mike Morhaime expressed that more content is on the way in addition to what's been done post-launch with major patches. "We do have an expansion planned for Diablo [III], I don't have any timeline to talk about. I think the most important thing for us always comes down to the quality of the expansion and the gameplay, so that will be a big factor in terms of driving our schedule."
if anyone wants to keyfarm/ubers/farm whatever chazfi#1751, my DH can probably do mp5/6, shitty barb is mp1
Legendary system still blows ass in this game. I hate how you can find two identical legendary's one will have 1000dps, the other 600dps. Why couldn't the items just be like they were in D2, 150-200% enhanced damage, no completely random affixes, it would have made the system much more rewarding.
Quality of items was never an issue in D2, the low end of each unique was worth using, in this game, a low end is salvaged, its not even sellable.
