Any opinions? I've never even heard of the series till I stopped into my local Gamestop and see the preview on one of their TV's.

I've played the... wtf was it called *checks* "Simple something series" years ago. It was a button-smasher w/ a ton of enemies. So it's just 2 chicks in bikinis and an underage schoolgirl wielding a katana killing the undead w/ gratuitous amounts of gore. The PS2 version looked really crappy like a budget game, and those simple series are nothing but that.

I got a podcast of the JP version of this last week. To be honest it looked genuinly fun, not only do you spam buttons but the girls have their own finishers and flourishes and crap like that to make it even more entertaining. And from what I saw the blood is very satisfying even though the color is a bit off.

Yeah if you can get past the obvious boob physic's and to the game play, its actualy a pretty fun hack n slash game.

Had Oneechanbara 1 & 2 from the Japanese "Simple Series" games when I still had a PS2. Games were fun for like 30 minutes. 360/Wii versions are probably the same mindless hack-and-slash games, just with better graphics.
