I say use Rena's statements for soft cap and hard cap unless someone can show that is wrong. I do know for a fact when I did put all my gear on back then for those tests I got less damage then I should of. That would point to the soft cap at 76 difference since I saw no decay at 73. I have nothing to contradict Rena.

There was a JP website that had them listed for I think about 6-10 spells. Problem is I never bookmarked it, and whenever I wanted to check I always went to another site that linked to it, and now that intermediate site is down so I have no clue where to check lol I never noticed that pattern that Rena mentions, but it could very easily be right, it looks about right anyway.
