I read a book about illegal immigrants this summer "The Devil's Highway" lots of it took place in Arizona and I recognized a lot of places described in the book. Anyways, it kind of gave me a new perspective on illegals. Most of them are persuaded to cross the border, and have no idea what it entails. They're simply told this is what they should do. Then the Coyote's usually ditch them and most of them die in the desert or get caught. It's ignorance and desperation, it's not an informed decision at all (usually). It sucks that's what it's come to.
