totally impossible? I don't claim XP rates that didn't happen; as long as you can pull at least 3-4 birds from bottom, and have a healer that's smart enough to know NOT to dispel Boiling Blood on Wivre, and Erase stupid Roar's atkdown, you can easily hit those numbers... easily. COR COR DRK BRD BRD RDM, try it with similar Corsair setups I gave you, it's amazing, birds only, etc.

impossible's impossible, until you wrap your head around 'maybe there really is something better out there' and stop using data and calculations as your proof something is better--they're simply a reference, not a bible. I hate undermining the importance of how you set yourself up in terms of equip/merits, but there's a lot of playstyle and thought involved in that damage you do at the end of the day. the equipment and merits you have are there to accent those strengths, and in some cases make them possible.

outside of birds? mamool? yeah, fuck kris. it has zero DoT at all. but whatever, do what you want--only giving my input.

ps: not a drunk, last time I got wasted was like... shit, I don't even remember, it was long ago. I just don't feel like capitalizing my sentences because I knew people would post shit like this and not even give a thought to it, just like last time, stuck in their own little world of how they play Corsair and the common public opinion. Keep in mind, I'm not saying you're doing it wrong--I'm just saying there's another way to play it, that you probably want to take a look at and re-analyze.

COR, it's old-school RNG all over again (AND THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD PLAY IT, WITH DETONATOR WS ONRY, SUSHI), with buffs, as long as you're on piercing weak mobs. Now carry on, and say whatever the fuck else you want to say, and ignore me and the information I'm giving.

seriously, I'm not even close to good enough to be called a troll compared to the real ones on the forum, and that post was DEFINENTLY not a troll.

and yes, being able to consistently pull those numbers at bird is something, because very few people ever actually see numbers that high. not only that, but with that setup, you've got 4 people that can sleep AND pull to run people out while actively fighting a mob and instantly get claim, use ranged weapon skills to pull ridiculous amounts of hate on said mobs, really.... it's all around amazing.

Don't fucking come into a forum, and call a long time poster and contributor to the community, that's put forth lots of different ideas/provided information, a fucking troll. My take on the /NIN Corsair for bird PT only is something decent to be added, my experiences with it are information not included in the thread; get the fuck out of newbie if you're going to make posts like that anyway, they're not meant for here.

Wait, so your ideology is basically "I've been on these forums longer than you, so my opinion counts for more than yours"? Please. Posts like yours are so ridiculous that they can hardly be taken seriously. The mere fact that you consider dual wielding Joy/Kris shows you've neglected the countless discussions of Joy vs. Kris vs. Dual Wield combos vs. shooting for TP that have happened over the past two years. It's even moreso a joke that you act as if having four pullers (two of which, if geared towards DD, are using 612 delay guns) is a condition that ever gives a party any real advantage over 1-2 puller parties, especially if two of said pullers are to be treated as primary DDs.

Here's the thing: you keep cursing people out and saying that people are ignoring everything you say. If everyone disagrees with you, don't you think you should take a step back and consider the situation? Maybe, if you still believe you're in the right, even start trying to justify your statements rather than preaching that you're somehow God's gift to COR and that your amazing skill and playstyle somehow counteracts your somewhat questionable gear choices? I could honestly care less how much you've contributed to this forum - especially if this is the type of 'information' you contribute.

Straight from your initial post, book-ended by "birds only" and "have a nice day, carry on," I find it ironic that you're accusing others of being close-minded. You even continue on to make comments like "THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD PLAY IT, WITH DETONATOR ONRY," immediately after claiming that you're not accusing anyone else's playstyle of being wrong.
