The content license is tied to both Tag and Console. If you download it for the first time on her console the license is on it. Anyone who plays on her console will be able to use it.
If she moves her gamertag and downloads it on your Xbox she will only be able to use the DLC if she is signed into Live. No one else will be able to use it.
There's an online tool to transfer licenses to another console. Need you have your tag signed on to the console you want to transfer them to. I'm sure there's probably shady ways around it so you can have the license/be able to use it on any tag on any console but I don't know them.
lol such fail... so you know how a lot of the CE boxes didnt have the code for the CE content? Well all you had to do was go to their website and say you didnt get the code w/in your CE box and they would sent you a CE code.
I never got the CE box but I now have my code >.>;
I did the same thing got mine today![]()
Bunch of bullshitI don't really care that everyone else got it, I care that I paid $10 for it, and never got to use it. I would be more happy if they at least sent me the card to put in with my box, than the stupid thing in the e-mail.
Playing through the game pretty much boils down to that from what I've seen of it so far. Appears to be very little difference between choosing to be Evil or Corrupt/Whatever the other two are called (says a lot about my choices in the game doesn't it?)It is the same as Fable I?
Where... well, let's describe it like this:
Two alignments only? Lawful Good Dork and Chaotic Evil Stupid and the gray areas in between meaning nothing and loyalty, religion, bias, sanity, and personal grudges are shapeless and absent?
(I bet it is)
The NPCs, while amusing, have the common sense of someone attempting to swim the Atlantic in concrete trunks. Despite my horns, poor complex and Shadow worshipper robes the morons from the Temple of Light are more than happy to wander blindly into the Temple of Shadows to meet their rather sticky end. People do remember how you acted at certain key moments in the game, I've really not messed around with any of those yet though. One moment that did make me smile though, was my triumphant return from an extremely long journey that turned into a bloodbath because I'd spent most of my time slaughtering the inhabitants of Oakfield.
The effects you can have on the "economy" seem rather limited too, mercilessly jacking up rent/prices does little but trigger a few complaints from the locals as you saunter past. Aiding bandits, leading people to slavery, mass genocide, nothing seems to dent their share prices.
All that aside, awesome game, and I despised the original. Lionhead doing what they do best once again.
Finally beat the game last night. I wouldn't call it a pure sandbox experience since you were still kinda limited in where you could walk/jump, ect... but I very much enjoyed the game. I love the Time spell and porting myself behind ppl to perform head shots & combat was pretty good (I dunno how fun combat would be if you werent a mage/gunner - I can't imagine it being anything more than a button masher if you don''t have at least lv 2 Time). There should be more to do once you beat the game though, they just threw on a few more quests and called it done, kinda lame..
I never put 1 point into Physique or Accuracy cause I never wanted to make my character look ugly, but I maxed out everything else in those two categories... also had lv 3/4/5 Lightning & lv 1/2 Time. Owned everything in sight and it was a lot of fun.
Evil/Pure w/light will soft is super sexy though :3

The one thing I hated was how my female character looked. No matter what I did or how many celery sticks I shoved down her throat she still looked like a huge ugly transvestite. I hope in the next game they skinny up the women and leave the guy the same. I understand that they want it to be realistic, but I hated playing as my female. I made a male to try the evil storyline out now, and so that I can take the money in the end and buy Castle Fairfax.
Well really if you just buy a lot of property and stores, just leave the game off for a while, come back to it and profit. The money reward is easily the most worthless of all 3.
Speaking of, I wonder how much I will have when I turn the game on again. Has been a few months lol.
Pretty much what Stiker said... but to max Purity real quick:
1) Take like 5 of your properties and lower the tax on em by 20-40% (doesn't matter w/, I chose a few stands) & save.
2) Unplug ur Xbox from the internet and set the date to the max it can be.
3) [w/your Xbox unplugged from the net] Log back in and reap the loot of massive money (from time being advanced) and max purity from the 5 investments being lowered.
4) Save & log out and plug the net cord back in to set the date to the original day.
5) You can rinse & repeat this for money. Its a great way to make money real fast so you can start buying stuff right away. Just buy a few investments as soon as you can and do the trick until you can buy a few more.
That's the best way to max Purity, then just eat healthy vegetarian stuff to keep urself pure. I was Evil/pure and never put a point into Physique and Accuracy(?) and looked very cute. I also only took Ltng to 3/4/5 and the Time Spell to 1/2. The Will Lines made me look even better (imo), but weren't so overpowering that I looked overdone & I still owned everything in sight.
You should never take money at the end for your reward due to the money trick. The game is also unplayable w/o your dog & even w/o the money trick you can still earn money easily by just afk'ing in game for overnight a few times. I saved my love ones in the end, but I got all the ending achievements in one play through by saving right before Lucien and quiting the game after I got each achievement since it only saves your game once the entire ending plays through
On a side note - looking forward to the DLC, I did enjoy the game outside of the horrid ending
I want to be EVIL this playthrough though, what is the best way to max that quickly so I start to look evil? BTW the money thing is a really great idea. It's my friend's XBOX though, will it fuck any of his stuff up if I reset the date?
Nope, you have to unplug the net cord because it auto-sets the date to the current day/time. That's why you have to keep it unplugged unless your system config isnt set to auto-connect you when u boot it up. The money trick is what I did pretty early on. I bought a few of the cheapo stands in the main city (forgot name). And did the trick a few times until I had enuff to buy the bar. Once I bought the bar and did it a few more times I had enough to buy pretty much anything lol. Don't lower the tax on them until you have enuff money, then just lower a few for easy purity (if you lower a few of the cheapo stands and do the date trick, it will max ur purity one it one go - then just keep a few that way so you keep getting the purity bonus as you play the game).
To be evil, you can just run around killing ppl... but that will make em hate you... I just waited until I enlisted in the temple of shadow and went on a sacrificing spree... Each sacrifice is worth 50 evil points, & depending on your fame you can bring up to 10 ppl w/ you at once (haha).
This guy yesterday in Oakfield randomly kicked my dog so that was the first person that got sacrificed in my evil game....fucking dick.
Fable 2 DLC coming next week:
