Tidal Talisman question

Has anyone tried using it to move a player who has never been to Jeuno there? If that works, it'd make mule-moving easy...

That event item that teleports people to P-whatever clamming CoP Island doesn't work if the character has never been there before, which is why I wonder if the Talisman behaves the same.

When you put in the code do you get a talisman on all your mules? Or you just have extra codes lying around >.>
Edit: I may be dumb... does the talisman work for your whole party? If so... nvm lol

Talisman works for the entire party, and no, you only get one.

Also, don't do what I did -- when you go to Jeuno, make sure you actually visit PORT Jeuno.
