I think that chart is just the optimum height/weight combo for each particular frame, you gotta use that elbow measurement thing to find out what your frame is.

I had 2-3 on my neck in high school, when I was 5'8" 220. My beautician (har har) burned them off with a soldering iron and some type of drip on local anesthetic.

I'm now 5'11" 177, but my measurements are kinda weird. 42 inches around the shoulders, 30 inch waist, and a 33 inch in-seam for pants.

I don't want to. I'm remarkably healthy. Last week I put on about 7 pounds in a 2 day stretch before a half marathon. I hated all seven of those pounds, god did it feel good burning them off. I have a frame built for doing what I love to do.

Edit: Just did the elbow test, small to medium frame (really damn close) with my height/weight measurements.

Editx2 Someone mentioned my torso length, I'll have to measure that when I get home.

You can usually get them off with a shaving razor. It'll bleed for like a minute akin to how popping a pimple might, then it heals up without a scar. [Although that fucking wikipedia picture messes with my head.]

Oh yeah, just run the razor straight across it as if you were shaving your face normally. It may only get part of the base and start to 'hang', but keep going over it. It's painless.

edit: Oh, unless you get one in a patch of hair. I've only gotten them on the uppermost part of my arms before, so no big deal there

I could each 5 big macs and end up losing weight from the energy it takes eating it. My friends in HS called my stomach the black hole because nobody knew where it all went (I eat a lot). Being skinny is hella fuckin balls to the wall awesome though. I'm basically always in shape, can maneuver around people with ease, and I can drink 5 milkshakes a day if I want.
Pays to have a gf that loves skinny white boys though, just sucks I have to dress emo every halloween or I don't get sexy tiem.

If you look at where they occur, you'll learn why people don't self-treat by excision on these things. Skin/cloth constantly rubbing against the wound/bandage = painful + scar afterwards. So maybe scar >>> having a skin tag but it's not the most trivial of hurdles to clear.
