I eat a ton too, but I know where it goes. Into the toilet. I poop like 3 or 4 times a day.
@ Beckwin. That's not far enough! Let me schedule you a 6 week regimen.
Monday - 3 miles
Tuesday - Find a steep hill and run up and down it non stop for about an hour
Wednesday - 5 miles
Thursday - 6 miles
Friday - Sit on your ass
Saturday - 9 miles
Sunday - Watch football
Repeat for six weeks increasing the saturday run 1 mile per week.
sorry man, I can't do that whole watching football thing.
It's identical to friday's regimen.
Except during the Sunday night session you have to listen to John Madden and occasionally stab yourself because of his oft-retarded commentary.
beer makes it easier.
p90x > tyche's torture clinic
So does the mute button. How Al Michaels has not brutally murdered Madden by now amazes me.
Collinsworth is infinitely worse.
According to the National Institute of Health, being medically "overweight" is the same metric for men or women. Saying women of the same height should weigh less isn't backed up by medical data.
A 5'8 HUMAN is considered, for health purposes, to be of "normal" weight if they are between 122 lbs (18.5 BMI) and 164 (24.9 BMI). This is for the purposes of having higher weight-related medical conditions risk (diabetes, heart disease, stroke, etc.). It's the same for men and women.
This "guys have more muscle mass so they are allowed to be heavier at the same height" isn't backed up by any data as far as "relative health" goes.
What's that? Just read OP, btw ;x
Edit: Got it got it.
Edit: This is true. I'm also very active and so on. But I tried P90x plyometrics (1 hour) and holly shit, it kicked my ass. More than my typical jogging routine (7 miles @ 53 min.). Give it a try, Tych.
Doesn't kick my ass anymore and I have more stamina ;o
a 5'8 164 pound chick is gonna have some serious flub goin on unless shes a freakin body builder. a 5'8 164 pound dude looks normal.
I wasn't aware the flub meant overweight, unless you're speaking aesthetics and not health.
Thats close to a 15k time for me (9.3 miles). Training routines for runners are much different than typical out of the box DVD methods. My wife popped in a Billy Blanks DVD and it wore me out in about 15 minutes. Run > cross train > run > cross train > hills > run > cross train....I fucking hate hills. Oh god do I hate hills.
