    I eat a ton too, but I know where it goes. Into the toilet. I poop like 3 or 4 times a day.

    @ Beckwin. That's not far enough! Let me schedule you a 6 week regimen.

    Monday - 3 miles
    Tuesday - Find a steep hill and run up and down it non stop for about an hour
    Wednesday - 5 miles
    Thursday - 6 miles
    Friday - Sit on your ass
    Saturday - 9 miles
    Sunday - Watch football

    Repeat for six weeks increasing the saturday run 1 mile per week.

    Thats close to a 15k time for me (9.3 miles). Training routines for runners are much different than typical out of the box DVD methods. My wife popped in a Billy Blanks DVD and it wore me out in about 15 minutes. Run > cross train > run > cross train > hills > run > cross train....I fucking hate hills. Oh god do I hate hills.
