    Look at the floor in front of the Einherjar entrance in Testing Grounds.

    I think it's fitting that a glaringly obvious phallus is there, considering the rape that is held inside. (Don't have a pic, at work atm...I'll get one when I go home )

    No pictures to hand but isn't there a hill in Kons<tab key> Highlands which looks a bit like a king or something? I think it's referred to in a quest.
