I'm more interested in the fact they said some form of 3rd party app was detected from your laptop. Are they scanning machines now a la blizzard? Or is this just from chat logs.

Has to be scanned because I dunno any other way. I did find a keylogger and just normal Trojan crap, so I'm not sure if it came from that. I don't know of any 3rd party tools or use any of them, so had to be scanned by SE or something.
