    Changed to 4/15/52 on patch, loving it. Took aimed, and it's doing pretty well for me, it's awesome having your two main shots being instants. Still adjusting somewhat though, need to be careful to only steady once or twice instead of enthusiastically mashing away. Not sure if I'll keep aimed, and not sure if sniper training is worth it either.

    I'll try out a raptor pet maybe, was planning to test out a wasp, but yeah. Really with I could have a dozen stable slots.
    Gorilla, cat, devilsaur (from right before wotlk) and the hydra model crocodile. What do i get rid of? D:

    Hehe I used that guide too. The 1/18/52 is pretty good. Now I just got to find a macro to make life a little easier Dodging Void Zones / Firewall while maximizing DPS is pretty difficult.

    Any of you got a somewhat decent macro? I m not looking for auto pilot buttom spam, but at least to do a good job in shooting Kill Shot / Steady / Explosive shot when its up :D

    Of course, manually cast Explosive when LnL is up :D

    Overall.. kinda loving Surv...
    BM pvp as like.. pop it and run around.. pet dies = your screwed
    You really had no real "burst", and plate wears you didn't do to much on.

    Now surv.. is like a dam cannon... its absolute hardcore rape all over the place... 1 shot of explosive, an aimed and an autoshot pretty much guarantee's someone to lose around 10,000 HP... even if they wear resilience. Even plate wearer's lose atleast 8K.
    Considering with current gear.. and proccing that 1 talent for +10% crit and +25%agi-> Ap going over 50% crit... people die all around you ;/

    Surv scales better with AGI correct? Would it be better to put in the Meta gem with 21 AGi and 3% increased critical damage, but making me put in a blue gem with probably 24 stam on it, or 21 critical strike rating and snare/root protection and a 10 crit strike rating gem in where the blue gem would go.

    You know you can use purple or green gems for blue gem requirement right?...

    Oh god yes. I loved SV in PvP at 70 too, but now with all this extra oomph, wow. Nothing like trap some poor soul and then LnL/disengage > explosive > aimed > explosive > ? > explosive. Awesome fun, hope I have more time to BG and arena soon.

    3.1 shit:

    Hunter (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)

    * Consumable ammunition has been removed from the game. Arrows and bullets no longer stack, but are not consumed. Ranged attack speed bonus gained from quivers and ammo bags will be preserved in a different capacity.
    * A new tier of hunter pet talents have been added. In particular, this allows Beastmaster hunters to improve their damage per second (DPS) with their 51 point talent.
    * Hunting Party – this talent has been reduced to 3 ranks and also grants a passive bonus to the hunter.
    * Piercing Shots – this talent has been changed. Your Aimed, Steady and Chimera Shots cause the target to bleed for 10/20/30% of damage dealt for 8 sec.
    * Sniper Training – this talent has been changed. After standing still for 6 sec, you gain a 2/4/6% damage bonus to Steady, Aimed and Explosive Shot.
    * We are also looking to add additional trap functionality to Survival.

    Pretty much a 1 time buy...

    I'd presume the ammo pouch we got now makes the "ammo slot" we have now, so you get your haste there, and stick in 1 bullet/arrow... and thats it.

    Kinda sucks to be a eng I guess in 3.1... since thats like your main source of money... now only thing to fall back on is the 50s/1g gnomish army knife... >.>

    Hm, it's a nice change, but the craftable ammo was one of the reasons for me to go Engineering. Could hope for a new blue/purple engineering bullet/arrow, but that probably won't happen. :/
    More pet talents is great news, but not sure what to think of sniper training change. The range was annoying, yes, but 6 seconds is pretty long in wow.
    Will be interesting at least.

    For PVE it's far better, standing outside of 30 yards meant missing buffs like totems, which was rarely worth it.

    And they say the speed bonus from ammo bags will be preserved in another way, so I would assume they are going away entirely. Probably just working it into the bows/ammo, or just as a passive hunter ability.

    I really hope they give the same treatment to locks... From the sound of it, soul shards aren't going anywhere, but I at least hope they let them stack now or something, doesn't make sense to have locks as the only class with -1 bag slot, especially since we're also stuck with a bunch of other regents now.

    When I played lock, I carried like 50 with me to bt/sunwell raids ... i think most of it went to "summon me please" which the new portal thing fixed I think... (although last nights naxx, required a portal per boss almost because someone had to hearth to repair/buy gems/buy enchants/other useless crap)

    There is a reason that there is a 32 slot soul shard bag now. The good thing is that on warlock preview is that soul drain has a chance to produce a shard on channeling. It's just 100% on a mob death.

    Oh wow, I'm not like supermegaawesome hunter yet, but I can tell some fun changes when I see them. Like the ammo change the most since being new and a hunter is like having ranger as your first job in ffxi. Haha.

    You mean sort of like there's a reason they added 28 slot ammo bags in wotlk? Oh wait.

    It's silly for warlock to be the ONLY CLASS missing an entire bag slot, especially when you consider they have other regents to carry around in addition.

    only other reagent I know a warlock might carry is those demonic rune things to try to kill someone with a doom portal >.>

    Doomguard and infernal are both really useful now. Doomguard summon doesn't kill anyone, lasts for 15 minutes with no enslave, does better dps than other pets besides infernal, and has a shit ton of health. Infernal can be used indoors now, does a ton of dps, but only lasts for 1 minute. I use it at the end of fights, or if my pet dies. I usually carry around 2-3 stacks of each summoning regent, since they only stack to 5. Also 3 extra spots for soulstone, spellstone, and pet food.

    Post patch, my hunter will only be using a one single inventory space on class specific stuff: pet food. If soulshards remain as they are, and if you consider I could have had a 22 slot bag where the soulshard bag is, my warlock will still be using close to 30 slots.
