I'm sure by now you've seen the PM's about how this occurred. I won't speak to that, since you're probably looking for replies about his skill/character. I had very little issues with Dave's ability to play his jobs. That could prove to be an asset to your linkshell however you see fit. Initially it seemed that he would skip certain farming runs as a junior member, but later started to show to most events to include farming. However, there were several times when farming that he'd be playing xbox when he was being used on whm. That can obviously be annoying when your tank dies with his whm having 1200mp. I think it just took him some time to get used to the people in the LS. His most recent behavior withing the shell was commendable and it sucks to lose Dave (especially the way things went down). But he is completely competent as to what his role is during the major battles; requiring little to no reminders regarding that.

As for his reasons for leaving. The leaders in 13 were unaware of any unhappiness with anything going on in our shell. I know personally that we always try to resolve member complaints as long as we know about them. In this case we weren't notified, and I'm sure your PM's explain the rest.

That's basically it. I really have nothing negative to say about the guy. Though it was an ugly exit; everyone is entitled to have fun while playing this game. Best of luck Lil'Man.
