lebron james and baron davis are two completely different players.
One made it to the finals with Anderson Verejao and a pocket full of lint while the other is barely top 5 at his position. If the Knicks land Stoudamire, Bosh, or Wade then I'd say that landing Lebron is a lock.
Iverson benched for the next game after missing practice.
Practice?
lol its fun to speculate. If the summer of 2000 taught me anything its while its nice to dream the fact that the Cavs and the Raptors can give the players more money then any other team to Lebron and Bosh the likelyhood of them staying is pretty high.
Mcgrady and Eddie jones were suppose to be locks for the Bulls in 2000. So much so that they traded away anyone with a contract like Pippen/Kukoc etc to make room for them. what was the end result? yeah lottery queens.
btw wasn't the nets suppose to land him in '10?
Bron and Wade together on a team? Ehhhh Bron and Amare or Bosh would be considerably better methinks. Give Bron a ridiculous low post presence would be better than another slashing guard whose game is pretty damn close to his own.

TALKIN BOUT THANKSGIVING! THANKSGIVING MAN!
psst, LeBron is going to Europe to join Kobe in '10.
This season?
1. Lebron
2. Wade
3. Kobe
I say this because Kobe isn't carrying his team like he was. If you ask me who is better at basketball, things are different.
roy 4 mpv!
blazers doin it big right now watch out boston!
Kobe, especially Kobe, should not be penalized for finally allowing his team to play as a team, and win as much as they've won. There are plenty of examples of good players in bad teams, and players keeping teams from being successful. I think putting Wade at 3rd best player is compliment enough, seeing that people were just talking about how he was done before he saved our Olympic dreams.
Ghost, I clicked this thread solely because I saw you were the latest poster, and just so I could see some Blazers talk. You did not disappoint.(This being Soz.)
Theres nothing wrong with what Kobe is doing. But if you want to talk about who is having the better individual season, you simply can't ignore what Wade/Lebron are doing. The Lakers are killing teams by 20, and often times Kobe isn't even on the court for most of the 2nd half. You have two guys willing their teams to victory every night while the other is basically resting his legs every 4th quarter...
Pretty sure Kobe will need to work his ass off later in the season. As much as I wish the Lakers could blow out teams on every game, I wouldn't be surprised if their defense only shows up for important games and the post season. As the season goes on I can pretty much guarantee seeing a lot more of the 4th quarter Kobe.
Speaking of important games, Lakers vs Celtics on Christmas day. I want to see some revenge handed out.
Jesus Shuttlesworth + Rajan Rondo > Kobe Bryant + Sasha Vujacic
