I gotta say I don't really blame the Lakers for that loss. They could have done a much better job in the first 3 quarters but the queens were going crazy in the 4th. Contested 3s, contested long range 2s all of that shit was just going in. Theres really not much you can do about that but your definitely going to see that a lot if your the team to beat.

The Spurs-Mavs game was the Spurs screaming we're back motherfuckers now give me your damn cookie.

This is all anyone needs to know about the Fakers.

    From the OC Register:

There were guys in the players' lounge, which is where Trevor Ariza literally ran from and back when he had to fetch something from his locker. Ariza didn't want to miss a moment of what was playing on TV in the lounge, where Kobe Bryant also was — the same thing that was playing on both training-room TVs.

In the training room, Derek Fisher, Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom were among the Lakers in must-see-TV mode. And when on those TVs referee Jim Clark made a questionable ruling that benefited the Boston Celtics, the groans and profanities spewed from the Lakers' mouths.

The Celtics were playing in Indiana, where the Lakers just lost Tuesday night, and they rallied to force overtime on Paul Pierce's 3-pointer. When regulation ended in that game, Sasha Vujacic walked out of the training room and into the main locker room, visibly upset and shaking his head.

This is the Vujacic who refuses to wear green since the Lakers lost to the Celtics — and chides anyone whom he sees wearing green, even now that we're in the holiday season.

"There's red, yes?" Vujacic will say.

Do you think the Celtics give a shit about the Fakers?

    I'm going to say no...

    Let me rephrase that.

I'm failry certain that the Celtics want to get Home court throughout the playoffs but probably do not care what the Fakers do on a game to game basis.

that's from the register? that's some terrible writing

and what exactly is wrong with paying attention to your opponent? i'm not a sports expert, but most other professions require that you study your competitors' every move as much as you are able: annual reports, stuff in the paper etc etc

i wonder why you think it's "cool" to act like middle schoolers and pretend to ignore everything you care about, but i bet the Celtics aren't doing that if they wanna win again this year against a likely finals opponent

So I guess you don't have your own brain so you have to use a insult used by all laker haters? way to be your own person.

Secondly it's called determination, something you clearly have never had in your life if you really believe whatever crap you typed.

Also your an idiot if you believe the Celtics don't check in on the Lakers. Every team checks in on every other team especially one that you will most likely be seeing in the finals, you'd have to be a idiot not to.

Determination isn't crying because the team that beat you in the finals takes a team to overtime

also, yay the one meaningful game for my team this season! It's hard to find things to cheer about with the Kings these days

I'm sorry where did it say they were crying? they were frustrated because they don't like seeing the people who beat them win, what is so hard to understand about that? If you want to see real crying look at the celtics bench.

There's no conceivable reason why they should be worried about either of those teams at this point in the season. They were playing the Wizards and the Bucks in the next week, and they're watching other people play. Also, it wasn't frustration that they were showing. To quote, it said "When regulation ended in that game, Sasha Vujacic walked out of the training room and into the main locker room, visibly upset and shaking his head." Why exactly do you get upset before a game is even over? There isn't really a need to talk about the green shit. Even you can say that's just retarded

First of all your way over analyzing this shit. What do you think was the purpose of this writers article? to show how determined the Lakers are to beat the Celtics this time around. When he writes "visibly upset" does that mean Vujacic was smashing shit to the ground and kicking people in the nuts? no because its a fucking exaggeration, he might have just had a weird look on his face and the writer still would have put "visibly upset".

You act like you've never competed against someone your entire life, which we both know is bullshit. So stop acting like getting upset over your opponents gain is such a new concept.

If you're a Kings fan, then the Laker hating definitely makes sense.

it's not so much Laker hating, I'd do the same to any other team at the moment. It's just general angst about a certain team taking a figurative cliff dive. That's all

I didn't even see this comment until now...are you serious? were you just hoping nobody with some knowledge of playoff history would see this?

The Spurs have beaten the Lakers twice in the playoffs since 1999 including the lockout season. Lakers have beaten the Spurs 4 times since 1999. If anyone's someones bitch, the Spurs were the Lakers bitch.

Raja Bell and Boris Diaw for JRich is about as dumb as trading for Marion for Shaq. Terry Porter wanted to make them more of a defensive threat so he trades his 2 time All Defense Team player. Cool. Another 1st round exit, coming up!

That Marion for Shaq deal isn't really looking too bad for the Suns atm. Marion's in a definite low year there, and Shaq's doing pretty decent in the games he's playing (I personally think its retarded what their policy is on back-to-back games). IDK if giving away those two for just Richardson is worth it though

Wow I sure am glad that the Celtics didnt get spanked in the Finals last year. Otherwise I might be as delusional and incohorent as some lolLakers fans.

Also, dont forget about Sasha crying on the bench during the finals. "OH BOOHOO Ray Allen just broke my ankles and won the game" /cry. At least big baby is our 9th-10th man and not a key contributor.

I dont really see how my posts are either delusional or incoherent and i dont need to look up the meaning of the words. I understand that you are still angry that the Lakers got smashed, its ok. They have a chance this year to win it all, they won't, but just the hope that they could, should make you stop feeling so sad.
