Considering what happened when he tried to come back early, I'm going to consider those games "missed" as well. If he had been playing at 80-100% every game during which he did take the floor, I'm sure things would have been different.
Edit: Also, ESPN kept going on about how Tim Duncan and Tony Parker were carrying the Spurs when Ginobili was injured. I guess those huge games near the beginning of the season must have made an impression for Parker.
The two problems I have with the All-Star game are Jameer Nelson.. who has had a good year, but I dunno. Rondo and Mo Williams have had better ones I think. The other is David West. I mean.. hasn't he been hurt for a little bit this year? If he were having a year like last year, I'd understand.. but he's not.
I can answer this biased as a bit of Rondo homer and as someone who has watched both Williams and Rondo very closely as they are both on my team in my money league. Both have strong arguments but I'd have to lean towards Rondo. He started off for the first third of the season average then catapulted to being an absolute beast the last 66% where Williams has been above average but not fantastic the entire time. They average out to be pretty similar but the late blooming fantastic player usually gets selected over the consistent 7/10 player. Jameer is nice, I can't really argue TOO much against him. He is better than Williams as a choice in my book for the same reasons as Rondo, but Rondo has just been a little better. However, I am probably thinking something wrong because Rondo was hardly even mentioned as an All Star option.
And yeah, David West selection was interesting as well. Last years David West, cool, this years, ehhhh not so much.
That Spurs vs. Suns game last night was great. I feel bad for the Suns, they looked mentally beaten during and after the game.
Ugh goddamnit Bynum should have been suspended instead of playing this game.
From the way he was screaming it seemed like it was something really serious, but hopefully MRI will show its nothing too bad and he will be back in a few weeks.
Mavs dominated heat
lolBynum. Part of me wishes he'd be hurt so that people can call him injury prone too and leave poor old Odom alone, haha.
Then again, the other part of me still likes Bynum, even with that dirty play a couple nights back.

And here... we.... go!
AGAIN!
Go go LA Fakers woooooooooooo
So.. what's the betting line on Bynum missing the rest of the season? I saw replays of that injury this morning, and holy crap that looked painful.
lol I really don't see how you can call that a dirty foul, Wallace was just one speedy motherfucker and Bynum got there late. Hell the kid even waited at the Bobcats bus after the game just so he could apologize. What a dirty player!
His x-rays were negative and theyre doing a MRI today so still waiting, but the doc said they think Bynum moved his leg just enough to avoid something bad. Sooo we shall see.
like you?
Keep trolling buddy.
Bynum out for 8-12 weeks.
Lakers trade for another Gasol.
