Screw Lebron as the heir apparent, the dude is the biggest stat padder I've ever seen. Last week in the last few seconds of a game I saw him shove his own teammate away so he could grab the last rebound so he could get a triple double.

In a few years from now, Kevin Durant is going to tear this league open.....hopefully the Lakers will trade for him when Kobe retires. The kid needs to develop some personality though, watching that horse game during the all star week was a snooze fest.

The lakers were down by a buttload during halftime before Kobe went on a scoring rampage. Every point he scored was necessary for the win, with probable exception to the last 2 points which were free throws but at that point he already had the 2nd highest output of points.

If you've ever even read about Wilt's 100 the game was a complete blowout and the 4th quarter consisted of his team fouling the other team as fast as possible to get the ball back to get Wilt's 100.

Lebron on the other hand constantly monitors his own stats, which isn't so bad but on several occasions now he has pushed or grabbed rebounds away from his own teammates to get a achievement that isn't THAT spectacular in nba history.

It's very unlikely to be Portland -- they've got a 2.5 game lead on 8th with too many teams behind them that play each other, and a relatively favorable schedule. I think it pretty much has to be the Hornets, Jazz or Spurs. The Hornets don't play a bad team for the rest of the season, and play the Mavs twice, who are only 1.5 games behind them.

I'd love to see the Celtics repeat. But without people 100% healthy I just don't see it. Cavs/Lakers final, Cavs take it.

Unless the Celtics can step up and play physically enough without getting injured again, but that just seems unlikely.
