Surprisingly enough, Barkeley and Kenny are probably right when they say it's arrogance the Lakers have that cause them to play like they did on game 4. Arrogance which probably comes from our championship holders Phil, Kobe and Fish.

It's arrogance they should have but probably too much has rubbed off on the other young Lakers who haven't won a championship yet.

Whatever though, at least we know which Lakers will appear when its do or die time.

What annoys me about these fast point guards....the Tony Parkers, the Rajon Rondos and in this case Aaron Brooks is that there is no way in hell they would be able to be this effective 10 years ago.

If some 6 foot point guard came rushing into the paint, there would be no way in hell they would be getting out of there without a broken nose. Now if a team tries to stop a point guard in the paint it's almost always a close flagrant foul.

There has always been fast guards that got into the lane and broke down defenses. Nate Archibald comes to mind.

Looks like Lakers defense made an appearance last night. Artest and Brooks shot the ball horribad, and the Rockets also turned it over too much. I also noticed Kobe left his Mean Mug face at home, I guess getting embarrased will do that.

I laughed at the Orlando Panic choking again. Its like Van Gundy panics and then the team follows.

Agreed Dimmy, if you recall Shaq said when he and Van Gundy got into it over that "flopping" incident, that Orlando would choke in the playoffs because in the 4th quarter of games Van Gundy panics and his team folds like a cheap tent, so far he is exactly right.

Even Dwight last night said the same shit, that it was on the coach to recognize that and put them in a position to execute down the stretch. I mean a 14-3 run to end the game? Are you fucking shitting me? Howard calling out his coach and basically echoing what Shaq said 3 months ago is bad for Stan. That series should be over easily with Orlando gearing up to play Cleveland.

I mean Dwight had 3 touches in the 4th quarter, not 3 shots, not 3 points, not 3 nothing. THREE TOUCHES. They totally deserved to fucking lose that game.
