I missed last nights game cause I'm sick as a dog.

Looks like the Magic's outside game is just killing Cleveland's.

Its it too soon to say a Denver vs. Orlando Final series will be boring, and nobody will watch it? Cause I know I've heard that before. Maybe Stern will have Kobe and Lebron play 1 on 1 during Halftime, so the NBA will still have good ratings.

I wouldn't count the nuggets out yet. nuggets vs magic finale at this point is like 40%.

The Cavs are in deeeeeep trouble, even Lebron can't save them from being down 3-1 to a superior team...

Cleveland reminds me of some of the good Red Wings teams that won the President's trophy back in the mid-late 90's - great any one night versus any team, but put them in a best of 7 type series and their flaws are exposed and they are beaten soundly.

On another note, Stan Van is completely out-coaching Mike Brown in this series, getting a lot more hustle and production from his bench especially.

Looking forward to game 5 of Lakers v. Nuggets as well.

Screw that, I'm a fan of team basketball. Sure, you might get 40+ pts, but when its on 10/31 shooting, I'd rather watch two solid teams with deep benches play against each other.

Not so much with Kobe (b/c he has a supporting cast), but with Lebron, if he doesn't bring it every night and score 40, it'll just be a blowout.

I'm from Cleveland, I want Cleveland to win, I want to see Lebron vs. Kobe.

But facts are facts, and when your team can't win with Lebron scoring over 40 points a game, something is wrong. Its not as if Lebron is a selfish player either, he readily passes to the open man. Cleveland's supporting cast has just been mediocre to awful this series. Even so, with the exception of Game 3, these have been close games, which could have easily gone the other way.

That is why I mentioned it before. Its what big market teams from big cities say when smaller market teams make it to the Finals. And that is why those people are not even fans, just band wagoners.

I'll watch any finals matchup.

I'm about as casual of an NBA fan as there is, and I'd prefer if Orlando played Denver in the finals. I've watched very little NBA in the last 10 years or so, but I am an avid sports fan, and would still rather see that matchup.

Called it. I knew Cavs wouldn't win this game/the series.
Unfortunate, as a Lakers fan I'm much more concerned about Lakers playing Magic in the finals than I am with them playing the Cavs.

Howard is going to do whatever he wants with Gasol and Bynum. It will be real battle of Finesse vs Physical, and physical is going to win in this case.

The Lakers have been giving up a lot of outside shots in the post season, so the fact that the Magic can drain 3s doesn't make the situation any better. They make the extra passes and usually find the guy with the open shot.

Game 5 is pretty much a gimme for Cleveland imo, which makes this a one game series, game 6. I don't think Lebron is going to have another 8 turnover game and make some silly mistakes. They came back from 0-2 against a much more talented detroit team, I don't think a 3-1 deficit with 2 more home games is insumountable.

I do. Cavs are done and WILL lose Game 6 to Orlando. Sure they could have gone either way, but they didn't.

Cavs gave away the last game, with turn overs and bad shots. However, you let Orlando come back from being down twice, in your home, and only come out with 1 win and a prayer of a 3 pointer with 1 second left? You're in serious trouble and in no way is game 5 a gimme for Cleveland.

That's not to say if they actually win big, I won't be surprised, because when they're on, they're unstoppable. But they haven't been on at all this series.

If anything, Orlando almost game away the last game, not Cleveland. Orlando dominated last night so much, it was absurd. Missed shots and costly turnovers in the closing minutes of regulation almost allowed cleveland to win. Nonetheless, I still wouldn't be comfortable counting the cavs out. They are going to get through game 5, I have very little doubt. Game 6 will be epic, and heaven help Orlando in a game 7 in Cleveland. Others are going to have to step up, no doubt, but I can't see them being so god damned cold from the field for that long. Chances favor me being wrong though, I just wouldn't start booking tickets if I were Orlando.

I just dont know how lakers fans constantly look past the nuggets when the nuggets have out played them in every game, had they closed games 1 and 3 out properly, with better shot selection and better decision making, nuggets would have swept them already.
