Calibration wins, still a bit too precise for my liking, but calibration literally saved the game for me. I was SO mad.

Okay, 2v2 Pro Faceoff is the best feature this game has. It's insanely fun. Basically, you have a coop screen with you and your partner, and there is a bar in the middle to gauge who is winning with 2 scores on either side, left is your band, right is the band against you.

Same thing with battle of the bands, you and the other band play at the same time... the only problem with BotB is that you need to find 2 full bands to join you... I've been trying all day to get into 1 just for the achievement, but the most players it finds is 6 and then freezes for a minute or so before saying there aren't enough participants... it's gonna be very hard to gather people for it though, especially when you need 2 vocalists that are basically nonexistent.. So quickplay is almost certainly out of the question.

Is the X-Box system retarded like PC where pro face of etc are completely pointless because all you have to do is quit when you're going to lose and you gain/lose nothing on win streak or score or anything?

Well when one group quit on us it said that we won, like RB2 is doing now too. Not sure if it counts on the streaks or not, but I don't really play for the streaks and the leaderboards because there will always be the 10 year olds that can play 8 hours a day.

I play for fun, and for the most part no group quit on us even though we were leading by 100k+.

I guess that's cool if people aren't doing it, maybe it's just the PC system, but I currently have a 9 game win streak that's at least 45-50 games long cuz nobody good plays anymore and way the hell more people quit than not.

Oh god, I'm going to play this song perpetually now because the singer in the background video is DEFINITELY modeled after Hayley. Her looks and mannerisms when singing are almost identical... it's actually quite well done.

Well as Belkin said the HO/POs take a little to get use to, its pretty precise. Playing expert guitar through the whole career I am up to the Ozzfest venue and I have yet to fail a song, so difficulty wise it is certainly easier then GH3. Set list wise I am loving it, have yet to see a song that I didn't enjoy playing.

The tap buttons or sliders whatever you want to call them, I do not like them. Whenever the buttons come its just easier for me personally to just tap with the regular buttons, then to move my hand all the way down and use that instead, I don't know just personal preference. I haven't had any calibration issues what so ever, maybe I am lucky I don't know. I like the new guitar to, strum bar is comfortable and i'm able to keep up with alt strumming so works for me.

I also hate the slider.. it's not smart, it's a useless "tool" if you will, and lacks purpose when there are barely any spots to use it. Those purple strings keep killing my combos, it's really frustrating.

So far funnest songs to play, Paramore - Misery Business and Steely Dan - Do It Again. Although the intro to Hot for Teacher is pretty hot to.

BYOB isn't that hard at all on expert bass. The open notes are really easy to play and I find so much fun in playing them.

The purple lines in that bass chart, they're "open notes" - you strum without depressing any frets. I think they're only on bass, no guitar. Will definitely make bass more fun.

Are there are any retardedly hard songs so far, along the lines of stuff like Mosh 1 in RaBl? I remember getting frustrated with it on HARD and quitting GH3.

Haven't tried it on hard but Hot for Teacher's intro is a little difficult on expert. Not RaBl hard though.
