Map on Lakshmi is an extremely old-school Japanese player, so I very highly doubt he's the guy applying to your LS. Never heard of Maps, so it sounds like he changed his name.

Edit: He has E.hands, so he's either flat-out lying about "Previous linkshells: none" or got them as a handout from one of the big shells here, in which case someone will probably recognize him.

You were right to decline him. His Lakshmi name was Firsto, and apparently he's quite the dbag. Drama here: http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.htm...;num=20;page=1. It's easy to spot him by his jobs and incomplete way of English. I'd watch out for this guy applying to other endgame shells on other servers.
