This section has turned into something like a Wish/Suggestion-Forum.
Please do not make any more Threads, unless they are related to Interviews.
If BG or myself or someone else gets to get an Interview, then
we will make Threads for ideas and more.

For Threads like we have them here now, use the Newbie (Advanced) section.
