Should have had it last week, but lost 13 of our attempts to stupid launch bugs (was taking 2 of our attempts every wipe on NB the day of launch). Should have had it lsat night, but was forced out due to horrible primetime lag (fuck Tuesday). Two shotted tonight.

Amazingly fun fight. Also Anub is FUCKING insane.

Downed ToC25 again tonight. We had been struggling with Faction champs, but have since 1 shotted it two weeks in a row. Its nice that it isn't cock blocking us any more. We also could swear that we have the best geared holy pallies on the server now, cause we get nothing but spell plate.

That said, our twin valks put out a great trinket (death's choice, of course), and I managed to pick up 3 new upgrades for myself (t9 token, will be doing ret chest when I get my 17 badges later today, neck from valks and a cloak from anub).

I love ToC, its great to have a raid with good gear and easily doable in 3 hours. Hopefully going to start looking in to heroic in the reasonably near future, just need to gear up our core raiders a bit more. That said, we're probably going to try a bit more heroic 10man tonight, just to see how we do.

Also, I'm only 9 elementium ore away from scepter of shifting sands :D Such a great quest line for anyone who likes good stories.

Hate for asking, but any tips/strats for twins? We're seeming to struggle with it quite a bit, and have the other 3 bosses down very easily. (Talking about 25 heroic mode)

There's a bunch of different positions you can use, just taking a look at the videos relased will show you that. The fundamental part of any strat is that both sides of your raid need to have 3 mobile "goalies" in the opopsite color of those around them to soak up balls. We used 1 Resto Sham, 1 Holy Priest, and 1 Hunter on each side to prevent balls from hitting the melee/ranged groups. It also takes a fuckton of good healing and smart situational awareness from every raid member though. You can't win the fight with tunnel visioners, everyone has to be ready to dodge.

Right that part we had down. Is there any pattern or way to distinguish what ability a mob will use next? (shield or vortex/which side will do it) Some wowforums said there was a pattern, but were vague about it.
