Did my very first raid yesterday, ony 10man. I was going to be OT on my prot pala. I didn't know a lot about the raid only the things you read about often like deep breath and the phase 2 adds and I was surprised that that's basicly it. We wiped the first try at ~45% so we were nearly past phase 2. The second try went almost flawless except that I think 1 person got hit by deep breath so we didn't get the achievement. In typical random number generator fashion we got 2x DK head to drop while we didn't even have a DK in our raid but I was already glad we were able to kill it seemingly so easy.

Hopefully next week we can do it again, my 200/219/226 paladin can use the upgrades.

To start with we had a massive drought of them but for I think the last 3 weeks we've had 1 drop in normal and heroic every time. On a motherfucking roll!

This week everthing in the instance dropped tank gear except for a cloak I got outrolled on and a ring I got outrolled on. WTB alliance guild that wants a rogue who raids on pacific time.

If its in a pug, no suprise. people have a hard enough time dealing with cleansing shit on noth never mind moving when you have a debuff on thad. i've always had undying/immortal runs spoiled by thaddius or kt.

Was my first Naxx, so I fucked up since my system locked up and I missed the gimmick explenation and wound up on the wrong side. Then on recount it turned out there was someone else who fucked up way more than I did. Dude took out half the group.

So yeah, suppose not being the nub responsible is an accomplishment.

DPS were clusterfucked anyway so that didn't help.

Also picked up the Kirin Tor Tunic from the NPC for a few Emblems to complement the pants I picked up in VoA earlier in the week and to trigger the 2-piece bonus.
Just need to wait on some tailoring cooldowns and then I can enchant it all up for nice upgrade. 700g down on gems though.

So, since I have the t925 hands/legs for dps DK, I made my mainspec tank gear. We had a pally and warrior tank and no other dk changed their rolls. Both hands and legs dropped in voa25 for me, solo roll on them. I guess Im revamping my tank set >_>
