Got Belt of the Nether Champion, Band of the Twin Val'kyr and Aegis of the Coliseum from ToC10 yesterday which made up for losing on lot on Marrowgar's Scratching Choker the day before.

Also picked up a Sentinel's Winter Cloak from my frost emblems since I don't do that many ICC raids (only tried it once and we got 3/4 down, stuck on saurfang) so it would take a really long time if I tried going for 2t10 instead. Besides getting cloaks are a bitch if you don't raid that often.

Getting cloaks is a bitch even if you do raid often. Few of them are really any good and the ones that are seem to never drop

well since i got the insanity 10 man achiev already, pointless to aim for the cape because the new frost badge cape is better.

Because we can put the cloaks/trinkets/ranged slot items to use now, getting random singular T10 pieces is not likely useful when they make you break set bonuses from T8/9 for an item that is a minor upgrade at best (or an actual downgrade, if you're rocking 258 T9s).

Tanking belt and trinket are BiS until heroic ICC25, which I'll probably never do, at least as far as I've seen, so I'm getting those two first. I'm not yet sure if I care about t10 set bonus and that's enough for me to want to get the offpieces first. I got the belt, going for trinket which I should get next week. I did get a 245 cloak (first ToC I ever ran, lol) so it's not that huge of an upgrade so I may start saving for t10 afterwards.

well the cape is like 150dps boost, and the other T10 piece is like 30 dps boost + break set bonus, which is meh.

i use 2p set bonus (head/hand), and the other slots I already have 251/264 items, so no point on getting those unless i already have the t10 piece from 25man; which i dont plan on getting anytime soon. hoarding my DKP for gun/deathbringer will <3

my t10 2 set is awesome +15% damage ..., same for my 4 set which would give me like... 1400+ ish AP procs

I don't think any gear that I can get from the vendor to replace a 226/245 can beat that
