Why are people even considering spending emblems on not-t10 D:

Not every t10 set bonus is wtfamazing like Rogue's is. And yes cloaks are fucking annoying to get from raid drops.

I'll be replacing a 213 cloak for the Frost emblem one, huge upgrade since my Expertise is lacking.

I'm in full 232 T9, minus one 245 piece, and the first tier of t10 is all minor upgrades. Since I just got into this new guild, which clears 10man, I'll be short on frost emblems. They haven't attempted 25man yet, so there is no knowing when I'll attain the actual upgrades that are the higher end t10.

Since my main spec for 25's is ret, and 25's are the only remote challenge, I have absolutely no choice whatsoever but to get 2t10 first thing. As good as it is, I'd be just downright retarded not to.

I'm just hoping I can get a token by the time I get the badges together so I don't have to gem/enchant 2 pieces of 251 that will be replaced asap heh.

Soon as that's done I'll be getting stam trinket, though.

according to wow-heroes, i'm currently the best geared shadow priest on mal'ganis.
pretty coolio, considering all the big name guilds on this server, and I do 25 man raids once a week.

Finally got a Needle-Encrusted Scorpion, been doing it since patch day and it's the first time it's dropped. Now all I need is the belt from Tyrannus and I don't ever have to do the IC dungeons again.

My rogue has run Forge of Souls since patch day and has seen it drop twice, losing lots to a Paladin first, then a Hunter. Shit sucks.

Still haven't seen Arcane Loops of Anger. These bosses seem to have the weirdest drop patterns, namely, they keep dropping the same stuff every time.

Also, broke 5k gearscore (addon) although not an accomplishment really, is somewhat of a milestone at least I guess since I'm not in a raiding guild at all.

From the sounds of your server, that's an accomplishment. But I have 3 80's all over 5k GS and I only have an 8-man raiding guild that's only been raiding for 3 weeks, just through pugging it all. I highly recommend finding a better server, haha.

In other news: My pally is pretty geared now. Switched to buying the armor trinket to replace my Uld25 Stam one (still have both ofc), picked up the frost belt this week, got the mace off Marrowgar, have mats to get the ashen verdict crafted legs once a guildie signs on, upgraded from t9 to t9.25 gloves and upgraded from friendly to honored AV rep ring. I may be getting the stam trinket next week, if I can find my way into an ICC25, haven't really been trying hard for it though.

Yeah that server sounds sad. I've pugged ToGC10 up to Anub with 43 tries left... well after that it didnt' go so well.

Also I'm ranked 14th horde prot pally on my server according to wow-heroes. Nothing game breaking, but fairly cool for me being a pure pugger.

Not as awesome as some, but...

PUG'd through Pinnacle and Oculus last night to get enough badges to buy the last item I needed for the Epic achievment.

Gearscore is now 4777. Not too shabby for only being 80 for a handful of months and not having access to 25-man content.

I did learn that pairing with a dps (even if it's your wife) means that your wait time for random dungeons as a healer increases dramatically.

Recent accomplishments...!

1. Replaced my belt from normal mode ulduar finally with normal mode toc anub belt 25man (only seen 1 heroic 1 drop....)

2. 2 Set T10, pretty hardcore rape with its proc up as MM with all the other procs you can get to buff damage. (can't wait for 4 piece)

In complaints of never seeing stuff drop from those ICC 5-mans, I have yet to see the mail boots or polearm from the first two bosses in HoR. I made it a point to attempt to do HoR every day, because I could really use some new shoes (using the 219 shoes from reg HoR actually), but nothin!

Also, I think I did 35 H ToC runs before 3.3 and never saw that banner of victory. Q_Q

But hey, I guess an accomplishment would be that I hit 5.3k gear score and finally tweaked my talent spec and rotation. Can't wait for my next raid to see my DPS numbers because I have a feeling its going to shoot up alot. I want to try and get the weekly done today as well, that will be getting me my 2nd frost emblem piece, which is the bis slot cape for hunters.
