solo'd cruel's intentions on my 61 hunter, 2 levels below the recommended. I was pretty impressed. Turtle with all possible mend pet buffs is very, very OP.

You wanted Naxx content to last forever? Scroll up to that image I posted. While a lot of us Priests have found memories of our Benedictions, we were more than ready to be rid of them by the time we were finally able to replace 'em.

seethe has hit anyway, turning tide +1 is in ToC10, it's a dagger, and it even has a gem slot on ez mode

I never got the turning tide. In fact, one of the few I saw drop got sharded because I got out bidded for a shard.

Quit in the middle of Ulduar because content was getting stale, and I wasn't able to get into many runs. Came back to play the new content for a few days on break. I'm just surprised at how casualized the game got. Then again, it's not all that bad I suppose. It's just sorta amusing to me.

I'd rather roll against one other person for an upgrade from heroics gear than ten other people. It's not about casuals, it's about bringing the bar up for those who never saw their gear drop in 25s so they don't bring down their raid in the current raiding tier.

in b4 people complain how cloaks better than h.anub-25 start dropping in the first cata 5-man.

I'm curious to know how Blizzard is going to handle itemizing, actually. Vanilla to BC saw you tossing your Naxx60 epics by level 62 for quest greens. BC to Wrath, though, you could milk your Kara-level epics practically 'til 80, with only some minor upgrades along the way (assuming you weren't on a heavy PvP server where the distinct lack of Stamina could be really problematic). At this point, though, I think everyone should be familiar with WoW's gear progression. Would you seriously prefer the FFXI model of perpetual sidegrades? Like I said, I like my Benediction, but I'm happy to be done looking at it... not least because the silly thing was basically a "Gank me!" sign on my back.

It's not that it's casualized, it's just that content is either difficult or easy. There really isn't a grey area, at least from my perspective.

They're promising gobs more stam on gear across the board for Cata, and with the crit% reset at 81 I don't think ganking will be that big a deal from 81-85 as it was when people were first levelling DKs in 3.0.

People with Naxx gear used it in Kara.

My mage was rocking Nef hat, Maexxna neck, aq rep ring, and a few other 60 pieces through most of kara.

To be honest I'm not to bothered how they handle the itemizataion, just as long as there's actually progression and not sidegression. Pretty sure thats not a real word but oh well.

I remember Neltharion's Tear was still like one the best spellcaster trinkets for a long time. Was so glad I spent my DKP on it with my Elemental Shaman.

I'm pretty sure I even had a mc piece or 2, I think i wore mc legs until kara legs dropped which was my first 70 epic on mage, was wearing some 60 hands with firepower enchant, and good ole firemaw belt lol

oh, yeah, the other mc thing was ring of spell power

oh, yeah, accomplishment: saw hilt drop for the 2nd time ever and won it lol. finally going to have a decent amount of money around... for a while lol ><
