Yeah, my Less-Rabi was in a random pug, which I found incredibly ironic after going with geared, intelligent people several times before specifically for that achieve and failing miserably.

We setup 3 interrupts, but had me swap from Disc to Shadow to try to burn him down faster. Seriously, smart people doing interrupts correctly makes this a thousand times easier than just trying to burn him down. At least, that's what my experience was.

Honestly trying to interrupt still has a certain amount of luck to it, once you get to the lower % you just have to fire off an interrupt even if you don't see the cast and hope.

I'd join ICC10 PUGs if your server is able to run them. I've been in 10man PUGs able to take down Putricide, so I see no reason that one couldn't run them for Citadel Enforcer's Claymore or Ramaladni's Blade of Cunning. Quel'dalar is nice enough, though, if you have the gold and nothing better to do with it.

Which one at 310%? cuz in my server ulduar mounts only one guild used to sell them and was for 25k, i like how it looks and probably will be removed before cata is out and not that i have something better to use my gold ;/.

Depends on your server. Here on Mal'ganis, I think they sell full Ulduar hardmodes and Starcaller for 25-30k. Smaller servers can probably try to weasel more money out of players, which doesn't entirely make sense since the economy will be smaller, too.
