Sylvanas cloak is about 25% better than the STR cloak for warriors ;/. BiS by a wide margin.

Sylvanas will remain BiS for Fury and Arms until cataclysm unless LK hard mode drops anything tasty.

Yeah, this is the conclusion myself and my boyfriend/fellow officer have come to. Now if only I could be allowed to bring my Priest on guild runs so my Druid can stop getting saved to the fail...
