melee have so much fun on that fight.. I just sit on the back stairs and practically afk... meanwhile watching 4-5 people fly across the room like some pinball game... mm I need to record one the fights that isn't terrible!

Had one fight with only 3 alive at the end.. me a shaman and some priest >.>

Do you sic your pet on one orb and DPS another? I'm curious as to how you go about doing it because my group we have my pet and a lock's pet doing orbs while we DPS boss.


I like the fight because lots of stuff going on, and I always have to be alert for orbs (pet on passive so when it comes back to me I'll know one is gone). Sometimes though an orb spawns on the steps, and my pet would be at the lower part.. so it'll go off.. SURPRISE! Kind of irritating because it meant I somehow fucked up even though I'm doing my "job" Q_Q

oh and I like how mages tend to blast an orb through the room.. and.. hits the floor? up top and blows up the raid >.>

Yeah, pet will just stare at it until it gets really low. Works fine on normal, but they fall too fast on heroic.

I'm sure an Imp can keep the orb floating, but every other pet in the game is melee range.

Got this last night ICC10. Finally a good trinket for my warrior its a good upgrade from my Victor's call. The proc is quite good. Finally dropped after seeing 6 weeks no drop straight. Still want Death Verdict :/

i'm in the same exact boat as you went 1/12 on WFS on my pally(still no Deaths verdict/choice on him) 1/1 on my huntard. getting that trinket made me feel pretty confident about my gear though rocking all 264s and then a 245 cape and that 251 trinket

Just to chime in on this too. The orbs will basically hover at ground level if you have a pet on them. If you get bored one day with your guild, you should try it on heroic mode!

tips on how to start in this market?

• Milling sucks if you don't have a G15
• Get someone to mill you a ton of ink of the sea when you're leveling so you can use the ink trader
• Books can potentially repay themselves really quick, so don't worry about paying up to 60-70g for them if they even cost that much any more.
• Don't even bother listing shitty glyphs like Sap and so on.

• You may want to create a separate quickauctions category for glyphs that sell very quickly and tell it to post a higher quantity of those at a time, for me these are mostly DK glyphs with a few ret paladin ones.

• Hope you have at least one spare character slot to use as a glyph poster, give him 4x scribe bags, I use two glyph posters, some people use three.
• Get rid of snowfall ink at every opportunity, this can be done through offhands and darkmoon cards usually. Darkmoon cards are a great choice to do the week before and during the darkmoon faire, especially if you have plenty of eternal life.

As for how to start in the market, if a veteran glypher is already on your server you may be in trouble. Someone like that will pin the market at 2-3g per glyph for weeks at a time to discourage a newcomer like yourself from continuing. If you try to undercut them you might bleed out of ink; I've got a reserve of 8k ink just for situations like that. If you ever do gain some semblance of control of the market you may want to consider setting your fallback price to 8-10g to discourage newcomers a bit.

We just did the exact same thing. We got past Sindragosa, and were too fucking tired to do LK. Extended the lockout!

We did that last week... Then Sunday (day of my 10m group) 2 of our top 3 dps didn't show up. We tried to get friends in... but they sucked. We couldn't get through the phase 1 transition. Ended up restarting QQ

Accomplishment:
10.2k on the outside for Festergut 10m.
