Suprisingly beaten TOC25 in a GDKP run, it was a quite scrubby run I've seen awhile. We had alot undergeared DPS and few of them died cause they were bad.

Pugged ICC25 on my holy pally. Won Trauma with a low roll, over a bitchy-as-shit ele shammy who only minutes prior had said he was only interested in ele loot, and called me a "faggot, hope you lose roll!" before we rolled when I pointed it out. Man, that felt good! ^_^

I used a 232 for like 30 runs of ICC before a single 251 dropped in ten man :/
I've had terrible luck with mainhand/offhand drops.

over the past 3 weeks, i've gained sanctification marks so fast that i've ran out of gear to sanctify. waiting until next week to be able to buy and upgrade another piece.

Heroic trauma is BIS for 25 man raid healing, probably across the board.*

For tank healing and 10 man you can use it but I'd think you'd be better off with a weapon that has the secondary stats (be it haste or crit or spirit or mp5... lol mp5) rather then dumping aoe overhealing.

Heroic Lockjaw is better for Holy Paladins than Heroic Trauma. The proc just doesn't proc enough to make it worth it. Plus haste is awesome.
