Queued for a random heroic with me as tank, shaman friend healer, and DK friend DPS.

Got queued with 2 more DKs. @ Grim Batol

4 DK party fuck yeahhhh. Thankfully both of them are as laid back/easy going as we are.

We were all geared to roughly 357 ilvl.

Things we did:

Threat Race
DPS Race
40 army of dead ghouls wrecking the 1st and 4th bosses
Bitched about every other class
(Playfully) flamed each other at every mistake

Come next patch, this will never happen again

paint bombs are kinda lame, i have a ton of them.. you can only use them on alliance and only in pvp area.

Thanks for the tips on H Halfus. Went in tonight for our first real attempt and managed to down him. Decided to go with the 2 tanks 3 heals and it worked perfectly. Fuck yeah heroic Essence.

My recent accomplishment.. T11 body on both mage and priest through strict random hcs and BH and uh, geared and enhanted my prot pala so it's raid ready now. trying to up the courage to tank my first raid in bh 10 but i know i'll like miss the first 5 spells to fuck me over

Don't worry about BH tanking, your only weakness is keeping threat in the initial burst. If your co-tank is geared better or something, let him start first.

Gear really doesn't have that much to do with it, you just have to be careful to not pull threat when your co-tank taunts. Meteor slash cooldown is just long enough for vengeance to fall off, so if you keep going balls to the wall on threat once it's taunted off, you can easily get it back. Seriously, the most important parts of the fight in order are: 1) trading meteor slashes 2) dispels 3) backing off on threat once its taunted 4) move out of fire

Blew up 25 man sarth 3d in 17 seconds. Was fun. Got the volcano achievement because it didn't even get a chance to use fire wall lol. Managed third place on dps charts on my huntard, which is a feat for only having done 10~ish heroics. 16.5k dps. What's sad is i've topped out at 17.5k in a 5 man, no idea how i went below that in a 25. RNG i guess.
