Also, the LGBT community (mind you not all of them, but a fair percentage) demands equality, but also special treatment. Thats all that is. Also I like how they think the word faggot used in general is directed at them automatically.

there's some pretty legitimately pissed off people due to the fact that a few servers had kind of quietly become lbgt "safe havens" and they're getting trolled pretty hard in cross realm zones

pretty sure that thread was trying to make fun of them

Blizz really didn't think through the cross realm thing. How did they not anticipate the way people would use it to be total asshats to each other? Look at LFD, RBGs, and LFR. The glitches can be fixed but basic human douchebaggery can't. I swear sometimes Blizzard is just one big social experiment, and wants to see just how poorly humans can treat each other by constantly adding new ways for people to troll others.

On an on-topic note, finally cleared HM Madness, got Gluth and a new shiney mount :D..i know its heavily nerfed now and grats to those that did it w/o it but idc that only did it now..just the fact i did it is good enough for me...might see if i can coex the guild into doing it without the debuff though before MoP goes live lol

Decided I'd go hang out in Ironforge on my main until I caught this fucker, took 534 casts (as you can see) and over three days due to random Alliance who didn't want to just let me be, but YES.

Actually had more Alliance wave at me and co-fish than kill me. Achievement hunters are kindred spirits.

Yeah, yeah, typical trade chat on KJ. I have been enjoying it though, nothing better to do while fishing than watch trade chat and laugh at the stupid.

I'm saying the filter sucks. It blocks shit it shouldn't on a regular basis, to the point where it's difficult to carry on conversations sometimes, especially if people cuss a lot.

Why *SHOULDN'T* people have set up a "safe haven"? Is it impacting your gameplay somehow to know there's a server out there where people largely avoid insulting homosexuality? Because I can assure you, being forced to use the language filter all the times or hear relentless hate speech has a pretty seriously negative effect on a lot of people.

I keep to myself, mostly. I play WoW very much like it's a single player game, then seek out others when I want to. I have a guild with basically me and my alts which actually makes it really easy to transfer items between characters, and I mostly hunt achievements and do random BGs for fun. I rarely delve into PvE at all, as I'm terribad at it and I just don't like being told so. I do content during the next expansion. So I've done most of the Wrath stuff on at least normal mode since Cata hit, and I'll probably do a lot of Cata stuff after I get to 90.

Once in a blue moon I will join some pug for something, but hardly ever. I just like playing with myself. (hehehe)
